I go to this store at least one a week, on 3/23/25 I went there because my husband was at HCA hospital getting a blood transfusion which is 2 minutes from Burlington which take 2 hours so I decided to go Burlington to shop and walk around, when I found the Items that I wanted I went to the register, checked out using my Burlington credit card as I walk to the door, the manager and security stop me and ask for my receipt. The thing is the whole time that I’m checking out at the rest. They standing at the door looking at me check out when I got to the door. They asked me for my receipt knowing that they just seen me check out they never, asked anyone else but they receipt but me, I was so disappointed and I decide not to stop there anymore

First, let me start with I was one of the first few customers in the store just browsing around on my day off. I made my way to the fitting room the lights went off in the store. I had to leave the store and come back. I came back in once the lights were on getting ready to pay, and the credit card machine was down. I left again to get cash and came back the third time . I jokingly said I am an employee and need my discount. Dorinda was so understanding and accommodating Dorinda, Crystal, and Charles were all so helpful!!! Despite it all, it was a great experience and Crystal attitude was amazing as well. I am a General Manager and I can appreciate customer service and support as well as friendly people! Dorinda especially welcomed me EVERY single time!!!

I would imagine this place to be exactly what hell is like… most items are discounted nicely but you’ll sit in the checkout line until the place closes or you die… It will take you 30+ mins to buy ANYTHING. Avoid this location at all costs!

I shop at Burlington on Pearland Parkway in Pearland, TX, all the time with my family. However, today’s experience was incredibly disappointing. I went to exchange a baby jacket I purchased just yesterday because the zipper was defective.
When I approached the cashier, she called me over but made me wait a few minutes before she was ready. Once I explained the issue, instead of handling the situation professionally, she stopped to smell the jacket and claimed, “It smells like curry food!” She repeated this multiple times, which was not only unnecessary but also offensive. I informed her that we don’t even eat that type of food and asked why she would say such a thing. Was it because my wife and I have different skin colors?
She eventually called for the manager, but this interaction was beyond unprofessional. A cashier should not be making baseless assumptions or trying to determine if an exchange is valid by smelling a jacket. This behavior was unacceptable and made me feel judged and disrespected.
Burlington needs to address such unprofessional conduct and train employees to treat all customers with respect. This experience has made me rethink shopping here in the future.

Literally sitting in a line of 20 people and 4 cashiers...Onlooking Burlington workers and managers just looking at the 4 cashiers struggle and the customers wait....🫤

Went to look at some cloths for my daughter. Usual selection at Burlington, nothing new. If you’re looking for it, 9 outta 10 you’ll find it.

My wife likes this store and visits once a month at least. You can find good lucky deals occasionally when you find a brand name at a low price. There are rows of clothes, shoes, home accessories , luggage , and some useless prrfumes that noon should use. I focus on shoes when I go there. If you are on a budgets you can find good deals there.

I called this store twice. The first call someone pick up and tap some numbers and hung up on me. The second they answered, “Welcome to Burlington”, as soon as I was about to ask my question she hung up. Twice in 7minutes. Customer Service Training is needed. What if I was the General Manage checking on the store?
