DO NOT BANK WITH CAPITOL ONE NOR VISIT THIS LOCATION.They wouldn’t even take a STATE ISSUED ID document or alternatively my birth certificate to give access to my own account with MY money in it. They wouldn’t give me MY money out the account either since they wouldn’t give me access.Denying a state issued document has to be illegal. And they had the nerve to ask me for a passport, that would take MONTHS. How do I pay for a passport without the MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT.Please do yourself a favor and stay far away from these scammers.

FIRST TIME AND MY LAST TIME WALKING IN THIS CENTERI used to work for the banks , maybe about a year ago for roughly 3-4 years at 3 of the MAIN Banks (This is for context). I go to Cash a check using a "recourse" and they have no idea what they are doing and told me that using a recourse will put my money on hold. I talked to the branch manager and she told me when you recourse a check they hold that amount till the check clears and she states ALL BANK DO THIS. No ma'am they DO NOT, as a previous teller ive cashed 1000s of checks using a recourse and they NEVER "HOLD CHECKS TILL IT CLEARS". WHICH MAKES NO SENSE, why would anyone cash a check from a different bank at their own if every time you go to cash your check they hold your money. IF you cash a check the answer is either YES YOU CAN or NO you can't because you don't have enough money to recourse. ALSO don't speak on behalf of other banks if you have no idea what you are talking about. They tell me the money will "Clear" on a SATURDAY and if not to call Customer Service and talk to a manager. THE SIMPLE FACT THAT SHE TOLD ME MY CHECK WILL CLEAR ON A "SATURDAY", PLEASE EDUCATED YOURSELF BEFORE LYING.NOTHING GETS CLEARED ON A SATURDAY. I believe that this whole banking staff needs to be re-trained or replaced because the teller looked like she hated her job and was not trained properly to understand my request, managers have 0 clue and all incorrect information.I am glad this problem got resolved from customer service with a VERY KIND AND EDUCATED person and I hope she gets promoted to train these imbeciles.The customer isn't always right but i'm not an average customer going in blindly. ALSO my parents went in to get added as a joint account and took over 2 HOURS, Ive opened 5 accounts in 2 hours ALL YOU HAD TO DO WAS ADD A PERSON ON AN OPEN AND ACTIVE ACCOUNT. STOP WASTING PEOPLES TIME AND GO GET PROPER TRAINING!PEARLAND COMMUNITY!!!!PLEASE EDUCATE YOURSELF BEFORE WALKING INTO THIS FINANCIAL CENTER, YOU WILL GET LIED TO OR RECEIVE INCORRECT INFORMATION

So I made a large deposit today into my Landlords account for my rent and the teller whose name is Jose failed to properly count my money. As I stood there attempting to make a deposit I double checked my money to ensure it matched the deposit slip amount. Jose proceeds to tell me "we will count it back here". I say "I always count it first to ensure accuracy". Of course my count matched my deposit slip amount, so I handed the money to Jose. This untrained, inadequate employee proceeds to use the bank counter machine to count my deposit money. Then tells me that I gave him $100 more than the amount on my deposit slip. I say " hand me my money back". So I proceeded to count the one hundred dollar bills out loud by saying loudly 1, 2, 3, 4, etc..., until my total amount matched the large deposit amount that was accurately listed on my deposit slip. Then Jose walks to the back with my deposit slip and my money and I waited for his return. All the while I'm thinking what the hell is going on at this jacked up bank? Not only did they fail to properly count my deposit, they take my money out of my sight and now I am waiting for this incompetent employee. WTH is going on at Capital One bank? I bank with Chase and this has Never happened in the 20+ years of banking with Chase. Capital One needs drastic improvement. Why hire people who can't count money, but their primary job duties requires accurate counting.

Decent but the only problem is their business hours...I won't recommend coming to this bank exactly at 8am because they might not be open. Come in at 10....or you can come in at 8 and wait till they open.....besides their hours, it's an okay bank with a few rachet tendencies.

Do not EVER go to capital one for anything. First off i cannot understand the customer service people because the hire people overseas for cheap. They also do not understand me, which makes it hard to communicate or get anything done.There was a pay off that happened with a car that was financed through capital one, THEY NEVER SENT THE TITLE.... its been over a month. Their system told me before i spoke to a rep that the pay off was already recieved. When i spoke to the rep i think he repeated what the automated system already told me. All i understood was "payoff recieved april 1." Which i already stated. Now we have to wait longer for them to sent the request to get the title.... ? if they did their job in the beginning we wouldnt have to wait for something that should of been done a MONTH ago!!!!! I asked why it was never sent and it went silent. Then he said "send the request now, it will take 1-5 business days, you need to call the DMV."

AVOID this location like the plague If you have anything more complicated than the average deposit. The most rude UNPROFESSIONAL foul mouthed Branch Manager I've ever dealt with. And to the branch manager if you don't like your job or have a bad attitude don't show up to work, you'd do your location a favor since the tellers seem to know more than you anyway.

Taylour Young has been missing since December 9th, 2021. Capital One has yet to release the footage to his parent's. The only footage released was from the Kroger's but unfortunately you could not see clear enough to see the detailed description of the person driving. Also the footage from the ATM would give a photograph which would confirm it was indeed Taylour Young driving and if he was alone. This case is ACTIVE and we are asking for anyone with information PLEASE call the tip line or HPD immediately. We will not give up until Taylour Young is found and returned to his family.
