So I originally went to the Webster location to return the same similar shirts over 90 days and the price overrided it to the original price i got it for and gave me store credit. I was in the area and tried to return 1 last shirt at the pearland location by pearland parkway and the lady gloria was rude and didn't accept it and said they don't take anything over 90 days. Well I'm not understanding if the Webster location just did last Thursday smh returns should be the same at all locations. Will go back to Webster location.

They always keep the store really nice and clean. I'm always greeted when I walk in and if I need help finding anything they are always quick to help me find anything. They tease me about how much money I spend in there for my foster babies and adopted daughter. Lol. I love this store.

First thing: DID YOU PEOPLE TRAIN THOSE YOUNG WHITE GALS TO WATCH & FOLLOW BLACKS AROUND IN THE STORE?? I had plenty of time on my hands so I had a ball making them go all over the store like a RAT. Now the most upsetting part…I wasn’t told that the store didn’t have my order even though on line it led me to believe that I was able to pick it up. I didn’t find out until I called headed there there before attending my grandson birthday party. The items were for him so I very disappointed to find out around 3pm the order was coming from warehouse! They couldn’t find my order even though I gave them the order number! I was told it would be there in a couple of days, I called back then but no order so I called at the end of the week and the girl said it was there; I said as much as I have called why didn’t nobody call me she said you should have gotten an email. I advised her I didn’t. I told her I would be there to get it. The next day I called to let them know I was headed there and a white lady FLAT out lied and said “oh it just came today” ? I said: DID??? ?at this point I didn’t bother because I already knew I wasn’t dealing with you people anymore!!

The in-store pick up was not a good experience. I might as well use departmental stores, with better customer service.

Love this place. Everything is marked up, and then put "on sale". If you have a low IQ, it makes you feel like you got a great deal.
