Love it here! This is the primary place I shop at for both my kids who are 3 & 5. the employees here are so so friendly and I always have such a pleasant experience when I shop there!

I visited Carter’s today to exchange an outfit for a bigger size, and I had a very good experience. The two wonderful women working there were just great—helpful, friendly, and made the whole process smooth and pleasant. I stayed and bought more clothes. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

We did not appreciate the gossiping from manager and employees about my mother still shopping, not applying her discount points, ringing up our items before we were ready and still shopping, interrupting my conversations with my daughter on what I think she should wear and micromanaging demeanor towards myself and children. Probably the worst shopping because of the two faced behaviors. One minute it was oh your daughter so cute and the next it was odd looks and attitude about having to use their restroom. The atmosphere felt very uncomfortable because of the controlling demeanor. This experience was very unpleasant and unprofessional. They need a new manager one who doesn’t micromanage customers and employee who doesn’t make it seem like it’s a bother for us to use your restroom.I very rarely write a negative review but this was completely unacceptable.

The store has a very neat and clean appearance. The manager was very helpful she help me sign up for offers and coupons definitely going back soon. This store is where I buy all baby shower gift and Aldo all Lil gift I need for children.

Called to see if an item was in stock the employee then said they had several different types, I then asked for a specific one and she told me "I'm in the back so I don't know". I asked if she could get someone who is on the floor to look before I made the drive. She then placed me "on hold " just to hang up. So don't call ahead you'll just get hung up on.

We are first time grandparents, and the adventure was AWESOME. The young lady that did our transactions was very nice and suggested we get a credit card. We did apply and we now will be using our CREDIT CARD to get items for our Grandson.

Me and my wife love this place sometimes she will go overboard but you can't beat the prices alway's good deals on the weekend's but anything for are little princess. And the staff is great their always checking on their customers.
