We went in on Saturday morning to open a bank account. Dena Lewis was very helpful and helped us open the bank account successfully. It’s my first time with Chase and she slowly walked me through how Chase app works.

Made an appointment to open a business account. My husband and I arrived at the branch before the appointment, checked in and sat down to wait. After 10 minutes past the appointment time, I checked to see how long the wait would be. I was told a young lady, named Soma, was wrapping up something and would see me and my husband soon. Fifteen minutes later, we were still not seen. We asked if we could see someone else. We were told we would be able to see someone else, if Soma could not see us. Thirty minutes later, we were still not seen. We were never updated as to why we were kept waiting and was never greeted or seen by Soma. We left very disappointed.

It's horrible when a bank can't do what a bank is suppose to do. I have a deposit with coins over a $100? They will not accept it Because they do not know how to do it. I have taken deposit to other banks. They didn't know how but they pulled out the paperwork and they did. It took a little longer, but they did it. They went through the.
Procedure to take care of their customer. So they say they don't accept it unless it's rolled, other banks do. I know they can do it. They don't wanna To go to the trouble. chase banks should run the same and I know they can do it. They don't wanna learn how Chase banks should run the same and all Chase and should take Coins they're just lazy and don't want to accept Responsibility for doing a job they're supposed to do. I have gone to many banks. This has happened a few times because they decide they're not going to follow the rules and accept coins when I know everybody can. They just need to learn the right procedure. Get the procedure to them, please. This is an unacceptable... And perhaps my company should move their Account to another bank that will always take care of their customers.

Have to admit this location provides great service! They’re welcoming as soon as you enter the door. I tried going go the Chase in Shadows Creek but they were so lazy and not helpful at all! They were sending customer to this location and saying they had a better chance of getting help here. I wish I would’ve just came to the Broadway location from the jump! Appreciate the service that was provided, truly!
