What can I say ....Customer Service is above and beyond my expectation today. This branch continues to impress me every time I visit here. Their level of care is well beyond what anyone would expect I promise you that. Friendly , fast service , willingness to take care of their customers as quickly as possible. Solving issues and delivering multiple options and solutions to difficult situations. Honorable Mention to Kimberly Aguirre, who help me with my problem this morning. She is the Reason ,she is an angel in disguise.

Cashier was great. Also asked for help from a banker to understand changes in their services. After sitting more than 20 minutes without several bankers sitting at their desks offering any help I left.

The atm took $200 from me. I saw someone inside and went to go tell them, and the woman was VERY RUDE. She had a snarky attitude and just said they were closed. I told her the machine took my money and she just said to call the number. However, that number doesn't even send you to the claims hotline! It sends you to the normal menu, and then you have to stay on hold for an hour. I don't have money for food or gas now. I'm having a full-on panic attack, and that employee treated me like I was a nuisance! Like she couldn't be polite about it or even say she would inform management that their atm was broken! I can't believe she could be so cruel. I'm never coming to this branch again. I'd rather drive another 8 miles to the other bank than have my money stolen and be treated like this!

I've been a Chase private client for years and I got to tell you this bank is horrible The ATMs are always broken I went in the other day that had no tellers I mean come on!

Whatever has been going on with this bank has rendered it partially useful, so half useless. They need to call someone in corporate to come fix their stuff. Atms don't work half the time, Teller systems don't work now either nd it's been months of this. Not coming back again I'm just gonna make a longer drive to a chase location that I know is well maintained

If your disabled.. forget it.. no live drive through.. ATM rarely works.. I'm done with Chase. They have done away with live drive through everywhere..

ATM never works… the old chase near walmart had ATMS working all the time… such a buzzkill that they shutdown that one when it should have been this one

The STUPIDEST THING they could have done was to shut down the Chase bank on 1915 N Main St Pearland Texas. Now I have to drive longer to this old ghetto bank. Why because they can’t get enough investors accounts on Main St. it’s in front of a Walmart which was super convincente and Murphy’s gas ration the person who approved this change should be fired

No outside tellers and ATMs haven’t worked for months. I will never walk inside your bank to get cash. Other location in pearland is also closed so May just need to change banks. This is ridiculous.

ATM is always down, today cannot dispense cash, cannot make a deposit. I’ve come at different times and days and there is always something wrong with the ATM.

SERIOUSLY NEED TO FIX THE ATM OR OPEN THE WINDOW SERVICE. I can't always get down inside with toddlers. On top the other locations near me at friendswood also don't have an ATM to drive up to. And the Dixie farm location closed down ? ??
