Everything here always sucks. Atms, the service, everything! What's the point of even banking with chase anymore when nothing ever works. And the employees can not even help with regular banking needs ?

Came in on a Saturday around 12:45 PM and everyone act like they didn’t want to work. Just needed to add a beneficiary. FIRE and REPLACE the WHOLE staff!!! Useless and really making Chase look bad! Everyone favorite saying is “we close at 2”! Well act like it and get to work and assist people taking time to come resolve banking issues and questions…instead of sending them to the Broadway location and back out to come another day! DO BETTER! Replace the staff fr fr!!! The manager is lazy af too!!!

Every time I would come here to conduct business, they would pull up my family member's account with the same name as me. I don't understand why it was so hard to keep this straight but I went ahead and closed my checking and savings account before they made a real mistake with our money.

Want to open an account at this branch? You won't be able to because the Tellers refuse to do their jobs. Zero Stars, go to a Credit Union.

I drove through the teller and was shocked at the lady who helped me. She was so dang rude. Customer service should be with a smile not an attitude.

I would give this branch 0 stars if possible. They claim they are a Private Client branch, but they do not have any dedicated Private Client lanes. My time is worth more than my money. Chase should remove this locations PC sign if they can't offer the services that every other PC branch in Houston can.

1. Cashiers are very slow. 2. Too many employees walking around just talking and not even trying to assist customers. 3. We went to add POD on accounts, black tall make very rude, talking loudly and abrupt because I conplained that we had an hour wait. Didn't even greet my husband and I , I did the greeting .4. Two customers walked put because only one teller and about 10 customers and the teller was very slow .Why so many employees and the waiting area and teller lines are full.Won't visit this incompetence location again.

Door sensors after hours don’t work if you would like to access the foyer ATM, I prefer this one because it dispenses $5 and $1 denominations…please fix the door!

Went to get a simple notary. Had to wait almost 10 minutes to get waited on. 2 people ahead of me. Waited four more people ahead almost an hour and walked out. Don't tell me that you are sorry for bad service. I need to find another bank that gives service to customers

Security guard outside. Greeter inside, next to the door. Teller was nice. I almost went to a different Chase Bank after reading the earlier reviews. Everything is fine at this branch.?

Watch out ATM and drive thru lanes are limited access which all funnel thru 1 single narrow curb lined lane that wraps around 1 side. Even with 2 tellers working the lanes, wait time 20 min from start to finish. Will try walking inside next time to avoid this inefficient design.

Discriminated against today by the bank tellers at this location. Attempted to make a deposit for the company I am employed at. Was told that I could not make a deposit without my identification card. Asked if this measurement was a new protocol implemented or already in place because, I have never been asked during all my previous bank runs for any identification to be shown nor has my company stated that an id would be necessary for bank runs. The original teller has taken my deposit before quite a few times yet, she stated “she was a new employee.” Asked if there was anyone else I could converse with pertaining to the matter at hand and a lady named “Chantel” arrived and stated that “no one has serviced me prior or knows of me.” I expressed to her that a gentleman with glasses has serviced me in making deposits for my company many times; to her response “was he mexican, black, etc.” ??To my response “I do not see why that even matters.”Chantel then advised me to drop off our company deposits in the “nighttime drop box” to my response “No ma’am, we need a receipt.” Chantel even went as far as to delve into questioning me: “You drive without your id?” When I clearly stated “I did not bring my wallet.” multiple times, not that I did not have my id.Inevitably, was unable to make our company deposit due to heavy discrimination, lies, and unclear run around. Reached out to my company’s District and Divisional Managers as well as our Accountant pertaining to this disheartening matter. We obviously may need to discuss other banking options.Sad that this is still an apparent quality within individuals and a way of conducting business. Ascend. Be better and do better.Peace and Joy )O(
