I am a loyal customer. I've been with your company for more than 20 years. 5 months ago I visited one of your stores 11037 FM 2234 ste 101 here in Pearland TX. I was led to believe that I was purchasing the newest version of the cricket phone. I had been having trouble with connecting with the network so I came back to the store where I purchased my phone. After conveying the trouble if been having with the service . I was informed that the previous owner of this store was no longer here because they were selling old phones as new and that I would keep having those problems because my phone is a 2023 version. He also stated that I would have to purchase a new phone if I didn't want to have those problems again. I don't think it's fair that I have to pay for a new phone because of something someone cricket did business with was found to be doing. I feel like I was scammed and now I have to pay for something your store owner did . I would like to be credited the full amount of what I paid for this phone so that I can get what I thought I was getting 5 months ago and not be made to pay twice for the phone

Needed to add my iPad to my data plan in order to do my work while I am ‘on the road’. The Cricket representative took no time at all with hooking me up. Also got some valuable advice when it comes time to updating my iPhone 11.

Came because my phone was not charging, the cricket employee Nay, gave me so many options and suited me with the proper phone that I needed. Had it for a month now and I’m still so happy with my choice. Definitely will recommend this location than any other. The employee was so friendly and helpful and patient with me. Thank you so much!

As I leave the store all I can say is thank you GOD for Jordan and Angelic. They both helped me get my phone working and my apps back when I couldn't remember anything at all. I'm in tears becuz today has truly been a terrible day but trust me when I say that the patience, kindness, and expertise displayed by them both will never ever be forgotten. THANK YOU A MILLION TIMES OVER!!!!!
