Nancy was extremely helpful. She greeted me immediately when I walked through the door. She was thorough in explaining the property details, hours of operation and my access code. When we viewed the unit, I was pleasantly surprised that the lock was in the bag with a friendly note welcoming me to the property. Excellent service overall!

Horrible customer service they will lie to you about their prices if you are trying to downsize the lady in the office will give you a different price for what you are paying not honest with you at all. I will not use their storage service again highly recommend going somewhere else.

Prices too high and not enough security

The facility is ok, but the rate went up so ridiculous. From $200 to $500 in 4 years. It is insane. They should think smart. Is better to get a customer for a lower amount that is happy than to keep increasing with no incentives.

I rented at this site for ten years
Recently gate stays broken and security cameras don’t work
My motorhome was robbed and no one at cube smart helped in any way.
Do your self a favor find a better place.
As a ten year customer I was treated very badly
