do not use this location they took my money and had proof that they took my money out of my account. They would not allow me to access the property. they’re only resolution was for me to make another payment.

We have had a storage unit here for over a year and a half. We went through a very traumatic situation and had to move everything from a six bedroom four bathroom house so of course we had a lot of things. We had to be at the unit a lot because we had to go through things and get rid of stuff basically for this whole year and a half the manager, Fawn has harassed my husband on multiple occasions, and she even called the cops on us for being one day late and being on the property which we end up paying before the cops arrived but still it could’ve been handled a different way. she is not a good person to represent the company CubeSmart, or any company at that. Of course, anybody can ride around on a golf cart and boss people around, but it takes a different kind of person to be a good manager, and represent a company in an honorable way which she doesn’t at all One time, my husband was sitting in the car because he was taking a break as it was extremely hot outside. He did have the storage unit opened and a couple items were in front of the unit and FAWN came up to his window and told him he could not be sitting in his vehicle It’s just just little things like that that she has been doing to my husband since the whole time we’ve been here she even told him she was going to lock him in the storage because he made it out of the gate after 10 She’s a very rude old lady, and the way she acts is not a good representation of the company they need somebody, young, and who’s not authority hungry to be running the business

Wonderful service! Fawn was very friendly, helpful and detailed on explaining my contract. She took us to exactly where our storage was and made sure we were happy with it. Great customer service. This location is very clean and bright. Highly recommend.
