I currently have a storage unit at this location, and the customer service has been extremely frustrating. The office is consistently locked during business hours, no one ever answers the phone, and calls are never returned. I’ve reached out multiple times over the past month regarding my unit and still haven’t received a response.

I’ve had storages in different places but cube smart is the best for sure. We don’t have any problems here. The place is always secure and love the gate code to enter and exit. Jordan is always at the front when it’s time to pay rent and she literally is the best. She’s so sweet and because of her, we have a great experience here.
