When we signed the contract we were told we would have 24/7 access to our stuff in the unit. But we are denied entry before 6am. Which defies half the purpose of having a storage with access controls that don’t require people to let you in and out

We loved this place but had to move because the price kept going up and up and up. We have precious photos and other items that call for a clean, air conditioned atmosphere and they delivered that. I am sorry we had to find another place.
