Terrible communication they would not fill my prescription and would not tell me why after calling and waiting several hours to talk to someone. They told me that they were going to request another kind of medication because my insurance would not cover it. They did not say how much it was with their pharmacy discount. I had to wait four days for my medication. I got frustrated went down there and talked to them in person and picked up the medication that I needed. I should not have had to wait four days to get the answers I needed in the first place. I just had a procedure for goodness sake’s. And then they gave me take medication I’ve never used before and don’t even have someone to talk to me about it. Just send me on my way. Do better.

Normally don't have issues, i refill my prescriptions, that's it. However today was annoyed because the pharmacy decided they were closed for lunch before the 130 cutoff making it so i cant pickup my meds. If you're going to put a timeline on when you're pharmacy is open, then honor that. Don't close 5-10 min early because its close enough. It takes 2 min to pickup, i could've been gone before your lunch at 130pm.

Slowest pharmacy and careless technicians. I was waiting in line and when I get to the register the tech told me it would be 5 min for my prescription to be ready and to have a seat, during this 5 minutes the line of people begins to increase. 15 minutes later I asked if my prescription is ready, instead he forgot about me and asked me to wait back in line, which is much longer than the first line I waited in. Complete carelessness.

Go somewhere else if you actually need an employee to assist you. Otherwise you will be in the store by yourself and have to use self-checkout.
