I have been on meds for a couple of years now for ADHD. It's a controlled substance, so I have to jump through a lot of hoops to stay on it, but I do because it keeps me employed and married and parenting as well as I can. I routinely fill the prescription 3 days or less before it runs out. (Not 4, not 5--controlled substance, remember?) This gives me the flexibility to pick it up on a day when I have time to do so and still stay on my meds as my doctor intends, and as my health needs dictate. A little before 4PM tonight, for no reason he would explain, the pharmacist stone-cold looked at me and told me he WOULD NOT fill my prescription. When I objected that I only have two days' supply left, he countered that I could come back in two days when I was out and he might fill it then. I asked how I can stay on my meds if I can't get the prescription filled until I'm completely out, and he said, and I quote, "That's all I'm going to say." He didn't apologize, he didn't quote a policy, he just refused me the meds. So, CVS Pharmacy -- tonight I called my doctor and transferred my $300/30 day prescription to Walgreen's. And I'll be doing that with my daughter's ADHD prescription, too.

I’ve been coming here for a couple years. I find the team to be incredibly helpful and the pharmacists have taken time to answer my questions. That helps me to feel reassured that there is never a conflict in the medicines I’ve had to take. I find the teams there to be nice and friendly. Plus, I can generally check out with a person instead of having to rely solely on their checkout machines.

Don’t shop or fill your prescriptions here. The pharmacist is incompetent and the pharmacy technician Jocelyn is rude and ill mannered. The store staff was not helpful at all. Instead they treat you as if you shopping and giving their company money is a nuisance.

This is my to go store, closest to my house. I love shopping here, most of the items i needed to buy are in stock. The aisles look very presentable and organized. The store is clean and always smells good. And mostly i would like to make a shoutout to the employees that have been so friendly and accommodating to costumers, Carolina, Christina, Liam and Randy the new manager, this store has been having friendly employees ever since and greets people with a smile. Whenever i go to this store, they always ask how am i doing and make a very pleasant conversation with customers. And for the Self Check out machine they are very helpful, and makes people comfortable using it. This store store is a nice store to shop because of their friendliness! I didn't have any problem picking up our prescriptions aswell, my family has been valued customer ever since! I will keep coming back here!!

Meh- I go here because it's so close to our home but unfortunately, they always seem to be out of what I come for. For instance, I'll pick up Melatonin when they are buy one, get one free... but they'll only have like ONE bottle in stock. It's like this nearly every time I come. Occasionally I'll get lucky and they'll have 2 in stock. That's a rare occurrence. The buy one get one free sales are a great way to save $$$.Another way to save is to scan my extra care card at the coupon kiosk. I love getting 5 feet of coupons. Sometimes I get some good ones I can stack on top of their sales savings. Another positive is that the workers are always friendly. I am always greeted upon entering. I typically use the self checkout so I don't have any further interaction unless I need assistance.Recently, they didn't carry a product I was looking for (powdered children's Tylenol) and had to drive to the Walgreens on Shadow creek. - which is annoying when this is RIGHT THERE. All in all, glad it's here but it could definitely be better.

I just wanted to share my 2 cents worth and say, I truly appreciate the customer service here. -- upbeat-- helpful -- patient -- Plus, I love when people listen to my war stories.. Joking, however seriously, I did strike up a pretty good conversation. Of course, they have went to a more automated system, however someone has always been available or nearby for assistance when needed. Thanks again and until next time, Bye-Bye!

There is always an issue when getting medications here. One time they gave me a wrong medication and wouldn't help replacing it. Another time the staff said they didn't not receive the prescription but when I called the doctor's office it was faxed already to them. To compliment the store they have rude staff as stated in other people's review. The previous Pharmacist Stephanie was the best but she's not there anymore.

This cvs location is the worst. Chad, who I think is the manager is a rude mofo. He is very sarcastic and obviously very miserable. This place gets customers simply because of its location. All the staff are rude and act like they can not be bothered. Do not come here! Drive for another minute and go to wal-mart across the street. I can't believe I'm saying this but the staff there are a lot friendlier and helpful. Absolute trash of a place.

There is a larger African American woman named Temieka who is the cashier here at the location. She goes above and beyond to make it clear that she absolutely dreads the entire idea of being at work every time my wife and I come into the store. She deeply sighs and rolls her eyes at an chance that a customer may need assistance. We never ask for any help until it is check out time for this very reason. Today was worse than any other day, she was so rude and nasty with her attitude that she actually made my wife cry. She mumbled something as we were checking out, unable to properly hear what she said, I cheerfully responded, "I'm sorry?" She then slammed our item down, grunted and repeated herself. My wife is 9 months pregnant so maybe this was just the final display of rudeness she could bare. Someone should speak with her, make it clear that she does not HAVE to work there. The way she treats people is becoming unbearable.

I have been very impressed with the pharmacy staff. My prescription is incredibly expensive, even with insurance. Both times that I have filled the medication, staff has tried to find a coupon or other route to save a little on the purchase. This was without my prompting. They spent extra time with me when it wasn't requested. I appreciate this type of assistance.

Horrible customer service Tamika has the worse attitude ever doesn't greet and I asked for help and just got an attitude. Don't go there. Walgreens has better customer service.

Do NOT go to this pharmacy. I had gone to get my shingles shot about 6 months ago, and she said they were out. I went back 1 month ago, and she said that she had one but she was saving it but to write my name and number, she would put me on the list, and she would call me. I went in today, and guess what, NO list. She was standing in the back yelling, in broken English, she was saving the shots for people coming in for their second shot. Point made!
