Terrible customer service at the pharmacy by Mia. She handed me the prescription did ask if I needed instructions or help didn't say anything after handing me the prescription. What if I couldn't read? It's a good thing I can. Terrible customer service

Customer service has always been great. The store almost always has every one of my prescriptions and when they may happen to be out of it, they always notify me if they are out of stock and as soon as the medicine is there, they send a text as soon as the prescription is ready for pickup. Usually a very short period of time.

I’ve used CVS from time to time but now I am going to switch to them permanently. They filled my prescription quickly and were friendly. Drive thru line moves fast

It smells so awful in there! Like mildew and mold combined, I could barely stand to be in there long enough to get the one thing that I really needed.
Also, I understand the dinging bell so the staff knows when somebody is in a certain area that might steal, but it just goes off nonstop and it’s so obnoxious. I never want to go in there anymore.

Health??? There is a serious mold issue from rain leaks you can smell as soon as you enter their doors! Sick building. I feel sorry for it's employees to have to work in this unhealthy environment which has been going on for years. My asthma was flaring up the 10 minutes I was there.
Management needs to shut it down to fix the leaks and replace ceiling tile and carpet.

If you're going to take on a DMX journey, don't take alot, be responsible with how you act under the influence(Workout for a better center) and there's real health risks so if you have a good life and can work sober or if need be with just a drink and some b-12 then do so, I can only say that my journey unlocked alot of mental doors that allowed me to study what I wanted with focus

Changed my insurance and asked nicely to have it reflected in my patient records and yet the minute clinic is still trying to use the inactive insurance plan and make me pay out of pocket for visits I made months ago. This is the third time I've had to contact support and have it corrected. They are more than happy to foot you with a bill even if nobody currently occupies their offices. AVOID.
Update: Claim bounced again, and I've already talked with CVS, my insurer, and my previous insurer multiple times over the past +200 days to the exact same result! I have no choice but to pay their extortion in full. Horray for privatized healthcare!

Spoke to 4 of the employers about the 8 LARGE UPS boxes the employees lost. Then they decided to argue with me and tell me they didn’t give them to the UPS man because they were supposed to go to USPS. I’m pretty sure I know who I ship through and yes, all eight of them were through UPS. So two weeks later, after my Mercari customers had already received a refund. The employees decided to give them to UPS, when I had already informed them I was coming to pick the packages up. So thanks to the four employees at this store, I lost a lot of money and wasted a lot of time. This was a horrible experience.

Mrs. Miranda was amazing! Her customer service was outstanding! She was very knowledgeable and very helpful. She made me feel so comfortable during my visit. She followed up with me the next day and was super patient and genuine! I would definitely revisit this minute clinic location because of her!!!
