I come into this cvs nearly every other day because I live right next to it, the young woman who attends the front is very rude and has horrible customer service skills. After 3 very rude interactions I have had with her, I have decided to write this interview. I have spent a lot of money here and have treated her with respect since she started working here but every time I am met with a bad attitude. I will not be spending any more money here and I will make sure everyone I know does the same.

Work nursing facility(Nurse) came to CVS 9522 Pearland and they wont let me buy syringes due to patients being out and needing syringes to administer insulin. This is totally unaccepted. Will be following up with manager because pharmacy is crazy.

Very friendly staff and good service. Jose, the operation manager took care of a photo order for us and was highly knowledgeable.

I normally come here to get my prescriptions but after today i'm definitely switching stores. My blind mother and 70 year old grandmother went to pick up my prescriptions and after went to purchase a few items. While at checkout the machine was having issues and called for assistance. A lady named Jeanelle accused them of stealing, snatched the prescriptions that were already paid for, tried to kick them out and call the police. This behavior is unacceptable and horrible customer service. If this is how we treat loyal customers I advise anyone trying to come to this store to steer clear of any attendees because instead of helping they will accuse you of stealing and escalate the situation.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS LOCATION, THEY HAVE BEEN MAKING ME WAIT ON MY PRESCRIPTION FOR OVER 5 DAYS, THEY CLAIM THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED AUTHORIZATION FROM MY INSURANCE, I CALLED MY INSURANCES AND THEY FAXED MY AUTHORIZATION ON THE SAME DAY, A REP SAID THEY COULDN'T GIVE ME MY MEDICATION BECAUSE THE PHARMACIST SUSPECTS I PICKED UP MY MEDS SOMEWHERE ELSE, NO PROOF PRESENTES OR NOTHING, FLAT OUT RUDE AND INCOMPETENT, AND YOU CANT TALK TO NO ONE AT THE PHARMACY YOU MUST LEAVE A VOICEMAIL FOR THEM TO CALL YOU BACK.

I recently ordered a photo booklet from your 9522 Broadway St., Pearland, TX. containing important memories from the Orchid Ball. Unfortunately, the booklet was not printed correctly, and when I brought this to the attention of the manager on duty, they showed no concern or effort to resolve the issue.
I am very disappointed with both the quality of the product and the lack of customer service. I would appreciate a resolution, whether that be a corrected reprint or a refund. Please let me know how this can be addressed.
