Received poor quality of photo print and we asked for refund. The lady first lied they can’t refund photos and also lied they “received” photo from other place instead of printed in the store. Really lowered our expectation about CVS service.

I've only been to the CVS a couple times out of convenience. Both visits ended in them not having what I came for in stock, so of course I end up walking around and buying something I convinced myself I needed. Nonetheless, this most recent visit they had Halloween candy, decor and more out for the upcoming season. I saw no staff so you're kinda on your own when it comes to navigating the store. Then make your way up to the front for self check out!

This location always closes before 10pm and the bathrooms are marked out of order before 10pm because the staff cleans them early and don't want to clean them when they leave. Management and staff just stands around hoping that you use self-checkout. I even had a manager tell me that CVS encourages customers to use self-checkout now more than them.

Manager here specifically Judeen is very unprofessional, uneducated individual who like to racially profiling customers, discriminated them and calling them names. This should’ve be reported to corporate.

DO not go to the minutes clinic. My appointment is at 4:30 pm and still waiting after 20 Min. The staff is rude and no one is around any way.

I have the best experience at this CVS all the staff is friendly, great personality, welcome you in with a warm greeting , they assist you immediately with all your needs, the store is very clean one of my favorite stores everytime I walk in its a good experience from the pharmacy as well I give them 5 stars

They often make mistakes with my prescriptions. I try to manage it via their online app which is currently broken and useless. Then when I called to jump they more hoops for these prescriptions I’m told the pharmacy is closed for lunch. Not at all helpful.?

As a pharmacy caring for and dispensing medications to the elderly, the employees should be helpful to customers. I spoke to Anthony today and asked if I could get my medications grouped together to pick up all at one visit to the pharmacy. He was not helpful at all and implied that he doesn't make the rules. He did not even try. He was thru with the conversation in that I would have to either wait until they were all refillable (which means there would be a week without my heart medication) or return to the pharmacy as each prescription was ready to be picked up. Very frustrating!!!! Very poor service

I go to this store because it’s the closest one near me and it’s 24/7 but it doesn’t matter because half the day I avoid due to Wanda, a store associate. She’s is ALWAYS lurking whenever I scan my items and sometimes I even feel like she tried recording me. It RIDICULOUS and an INVASION of privacy. I have had a close friend even report her to corporate but honestly feel like she’s friends with the store manager, so it won’t matter.

Thank You so much CVS! I was able to get someone from Pharmacy on the phone very quickly and they offered informative and timely advice. I really appreciate Jenny patiently spelling drug names and offering suburb service in my time of need.

Pharmacy never picks up phone calls. We had to go into the store just to ask the pharmacist a quick question. They just let the phone ring and ring and ring. While 3 people were working and just sat there and continued to talk to one another. We weren’t the only people frustrated watching this.

You have to self checkout at this store unless you have cash. The employees will not cashier otherwise.

I have visited this CVS on a handful of occasions and the products I needed are NEVER in stock. I don't know why I keep trying. I literally walk out empty handed every. single. time. The ONLY reason I still shop at ANY CVS is for their BOGO sales. Full prices are too steep but buy one, get one FREE... ok, worth it. I don't even bother with their "buy one, get one 50% off." It's unfortunate that this location always disappoints me.
