After dental surgery, I was warned that the anesthesia would wear off and I would be in great pain. They told me to fill the prescription immediately and go home and take a pain pill. But my dentist didn’t submit the prescription right away, so there was a delay.
When I showed up at the pharmacy panicked about pending pain, the pharmacy clerk was very gracious. While the initial wait time was going to be 2 1/2 hours for both the pain pill and the antibiotic, she filled the pain pill right away. The pharmacist met with me and told me to take it with food.
I hung out in the area for a couple of hours waiting on the antibiotic. I had absolutely no problem doing so. I just didn’t want to be in pain. I appreciated their sensitivity to my needs. Much appreciated.💕

I been in this area for about 6 months now I’ve taken the surveys sent from CVS for this location and only had minor things observed I made mention and on next visit all resolved. The leadership team is doing the work at this location. I went in yesterday 3-15-25 Kacey (spellcheck) at the front in was solo but this young lady didn’t miss a beat she didn’t sign or seem distracted or bothered to help us, she has great tone and smile and she acknowledged ALL down to a small little girl that asked for her help and had options for things that wasn’t Available. To provide options is what stood out. That step created retention understanding and patience with the customers like myself who understands what having options means. She is a professional. She helped me in understanding that long receipt and help me find my discounts on the extra things I purchased from the front end when I only went in to pick up an RX she created more sells and retained me as a happy customer of This locations CVS. I thanked her personally for her services. Big shout out to management for hiring staff like her that seem to have some stake in to the business and growing team members professionally.

Every pharmacist I’ve met at Cvs has been so helpful and diligent in the Customer Service area. They are always willing to help people get the best for the prescriptions and that does include finding coupons for them.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. Totally unorganized. After telling them repeatedly on system and verbal, that I didn’t want auto prescription renewal, they still contacted my doctor requesting refill. When I called them to talk I had to leave a message and waited a full day before some clueless girl returned my call to be a waste of my time having to explain my issue. I’m changing pharmacist

Do not go here. They refused to check me out after 30 minutes. Rude girl told did not get the behind the shef item . I give them a 0. Never will go back.

Black lady that works there is really rude. Yelled at me to put stuff back and to not grab any items. I asked why ans with her attitude said “dont grab those ok!” Why have items that we cant grab out with all the other stuff? They way she talked to me scared my 2 year old . She should be taught manners and a lesson in customer service or get a job where you dont interacy with customers

Worse customer service at pharmacy. It takes at least 30 minutes in line ( inside or drive thru)to pick up prescription even when u get text that meds are ready the day before.

Pharmacy customer service is very bad. They put back my wife meds back to shelf after 13 days & when I come pick up they make me wait 30 mins to refill. So I left. They wasted too much of my time. I am a Pharmacist myself, over 20yrs of experience & I have not seen the level of unprofessionalism. U need to help the cu a customer waiting inside your store, waiting. Not let them wait 25mins for a refill that it takes 5 mins to fill. We will be taking our business elsewhere !

I wish I could give this pharmacy ZERO STARS! These are the rudest pharmacists I have ever seen in my life. I literally get the same exact prescription every single and every time they have an issue running the prescription saying my insurance “doesn’t cover” it when my insurance DOES cover it. They just always run the prescription incorrectly and then get an attitude when I tell them they’re running it wrong. They are also rude on the phone and you stay on hold for FOREVER! They pick up the phone and put you on hold continuously without getting a word in. These people are horrible.
