This is for CVS Pharmacy/ pharmacist at the pharmacy...the middle eastern/ possibly Indian looking lady with the white lab coat. I had my doctor send a prescription here not knowing the pharmacy is no longer covered under my new benefit plan effective 01.01.24. I went to the pick up counter and a VERY NICE and helpful black lady assisted me and advised me to contact my pharmacy provider to find out where the prescription should be sent for it to be covered. I left the store and went home to make the calls. I found out Walgreens is in network so I called Walgreens. I asked about how to get prescriptions transferred to them. The young lady at Walgreens asked that I contact CVS, give them Walgreens number and they will provide CVS with the info needed to transfer the prescription. I promptly ended the call and phoned CVS... this is where things get very ugly. The lady who answered the phone (I'm assuming it was the middle eastern/Indian looking young lady that was there while I was being serviced, sounded like her. Idk if she was the pharmacist or not) was not helpful or understanding at all. After asking me to repeat my request, she told me I needed to call Walgreens back and let them know that's not how transfers work (?). That I needed to have them call CVS. Mind you I had been holding seemingly forever to get through to each of them on my previous calls. I again explained to her that I had just spoken to someone at Walgreens pharmacy and that I was not about to call back and say "Hey, you were wrong, you have to call them". I asked her why she couldn't just provide excellent service today and contact them to help me get my prescription. She refused! I told her I didn't think that I should have to be responsible for getting the pharmacies to communicate. That I was the customer and she was the professional. I suppose she became irritated by this comment because she told me to have a good day and hung up the phone. Whoever that lady was, she was being a real witch today... and I wouldn't have another prescription filled by her if my life depended on it. I am so glad I won't have to deal with her again. She is rude AF and customer service skills are seriously lacking for her to be an educated professional.

Brandon is very friendly and has excellent customer service inside the store. We always drive a little further to come to this store. I always find it during the afternoon shift in case you want to go at that time.

Pharmacy has horrible customer services. You WILL get hung up on if you try to call and speak to pharmacy. Pharmacy staff does not follow up and call your doctor like they are supposed to unless you call and keep pestering them. They tell you they will call you cal with updates but they never do. All of these have happened to me multiple times. Do not use this location if at all possible.

I have been on medication for a couple of years now for ADHD. It's a controlled substance, so I have to jump through a lot of hoops to stay on it, but I do because it keeps me employed and married and parenting as well as I can. I routinely fill the prescription 3 days or less before it runs out. (Not 4, not 5--controlled substance, remember?) This gives me the flexibility to pick it up on a day when I have time to do so and still stay on my meds as my doctor intends, and as my health needs dictate. A little before 4PM tonight, for no reason he would explain, the pharmacist stone-cold looked at me and told me he WOULD NOT fill my prescription. When I objected that I only have two days' supply left, he countered that I could come back in two days when I was out and he might fill it then. I asked how I can stay on my meds if I can't get the prescription filled until I'm completely out, and he said, and I quote, "That's all I'm going to say." He didn't apologize, he didn't quote a policy, he just refused me the meds.

Never had medicine on time even tho request was put in 8 hours prior. The pharmacist is not consistent with her job and needs to do better.

And I'll be doing that with my daughter's ADHD prescription, too.

Ahmad with the pharmacy has extremely poor and rude customer service! Do not work there if you’re not happy. You are there to help patients get their medications and not to treat us like if we’re dumb. You eat and pay your bills because of patients. You should have a little more respect for your clientele

Poor Pharmacy service. I called at 5:54pm to ask for the pharmacist to transfer my medication to the location closest to me. The guy asked someone then proceeds to tell me to call Shadow Creek but they close in a few minutes… I called and they said my prescription was at the other location. So when I called back, they were closed. Basically, they lied so they didn’t have to complete my request for my 3 medications. I am beyond FURIOUS especially when you have to bypass all the IVR phone system to even get to someone!

Younger in-experienced staff members need additional sensitivity training. There are ways to ask questions that are required without showing complete lack of awareness, empathy, or thought. I’m not putting this on the entire staff because they are usually awesome, but some would benefit from additional sensitivity training.

I have been shopping this CVS for 7 years now, since we moved here in Pearland. And I have been a couponer in this store for 5 years now. It’s been my favorite CVS store since, the employees are amazing and helpful. They are friendly, and patient with customers. I have watched it change Managers for a couple times and so far Brandon the manager has been the best! He even cater customer’s needs even when he’s busy doing other stuff. Thumbs up to my favorite cashiers, Carolina, Christina and Anas. They always greet me with a smile and enthusiasm. I give my best stars to Brandon, Temeika and Basil for doing their best to be helpful and accommodating! There’s no more other CVS store i can compare to this branch, they all spark magic when i shop! And i will keep coming back, they have a special place in my heart! Best customer service ever!! ?

The wait wasn’t too bad. The lady who handed me my prescription didn’t explain anything. Then when I asked how much and how often she just said Um you can read the directions. My doctor didn’t explain how much or how often. I was hoping to ask more questions but because I don’t think she would have known the answer. I just called my doctor

Chain drug store! They stock a lg variety of items, even clothes! The store was clean, well organized and well stocked. The outside was neat and clean as well. The associates were busy stocking new merchandise, so I and two other people ahead of me used the self checkout.
