5 star service! I love the vibes of the salon which made for a very comfortable experience. I hadn’t straightened my hair in quite a while, but Tiffany made my hair feel luxurious. I will definitely book again in the future.

I’m so grateful to have come across Devi Hair on social media. I was instantly drawn in to the beautiful hair posts. I booked an appointment for a Silk Press Plus with Tiffany and I can say I have found my new permanent stylist.
After experiencing some salon horrors, I was pleasantly surprised at the level of service I received from Tiffany. The salon is very welcoming and not intimidating at all. I was instantly comfortable meeting Tiffany. She’s very knowledgeable and I learned a lot about my hair. She was honest and made sensible suggestions. From washing to styling, I appreciated having a great experience. I can’t wait to return!

I have been going to Tiffany for over 7 or 8 years, maybe longer. I can't remember what I was doing with my hair before Tiffany. I definitely did not how to take care of my hair. When I first came to Tiffany my hair was short, dry, and very damaged. But now it is healthy and the longest its ever been. She has taught me how to maintain my hair in between appointments. I see Tiffany every two weeks, she is my hair doctor lol and I am very grateful to have found a her.

A Shocking Display of Unprofessionalism – Avoid This Hair Salon Hassle!Review:I recently had the displeasure of reaching out to this hair salon over the phone, and I must say, their unprofessionalism was astounding. It was evident from the outset that their staff lacked even the most basic understanding of proper phone etiquette, leaving me utterly frustrated and disappointed.To begin, the person who answered the call seemed completely oblivious to the concept of providing excellent customer service. Instead of welcoming me with a friendly and attentive tone, they sounded downright irritated. It was as if I was disturbing them from their important tasks, though I am unsure what those could have been considering they were employed specifically to handle phone inquiries.While attempting to engage in a simple conversation regarding their services and availability, I was met with distinct apathy and an alarming lack of knowledge. They responded with monosyllabic, disinterested answers that made me question their competence in managing customer queries. Their dismissive attitude made it abundantly clear that they had no interest in providing me with the necessary information or making me feel valued as a potential customer.This abysmal phone experience left me thoroughly disappointed and questioning whether there was any hope of receiving satisfactory service from this hair salon. If their representative's attitude during a routine phone call is an indication of their overall professionalism, then I can only imagine the terrible experience one might encounter in person.Given the importance of effective customer communication and engagement, it is utterly disheartening to witness such a blatant disregard for basic courtesy in a hair salon. The fact that this behavior extends to their initial point of contact indicates a deep-rooted issue that should not be ignored.In light of this disheartening interaction, I can firmly state that I will be taking my business elsewhere. I cannot in good conscience recommend this hair salon to anyone seeking exceptional service, as their unprofessional attitude over the phone certainly does not inspire confidence in their abilities. There are plenty of other hair salons out there that understand the value of customer satisfaction and are willing to go the extra mile to deliver a positive experience. Spare yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for a salon that truly values your patronage.

I got a custom color on natural hair that had never been color treated before as well as a silkpress. Tiffany gave a detailed consult on what to expect, what could be achieved with and without bleach, as well as the health of my natural hair and the effects it will have on my specific curl pattern and hair type. She listen to my concerns on trimming my hair, and the desired color I wanted to achieve w/out bleaching it. Her salon is very clean, she is considerate of your comfort, during COVID-19 she offered me a disposable mask to use while coloring instead of the permanent one I had on. She is also on time, and does not leave you sitting under the dryer for long times as others do when they overbook. My hair color came out beautiful. I have received many compliments. It was something I was really nervous about and I couldn't be happier w/the results. Her silkpress has always been beautiful and last longer than most, my curl pattern has always went back as well when she has done them in the past. I drove over 3 hrs to have my crown blessed by her hands.
