I've gone here twice and received fantastic service both times. First was to have my grandfather's antique pocket watch cleaned and maintenanced (they did a fantastic job.) Most recently, I stopped by to fix an issue with my wristwatch and they were able to help me on the spot. I'll definitely be coming here in the future if I need anything else!

Thank you Diamond Mine for appraising my ring and getting it back to me so quickly! They were extremely nice and very knowledgeable. They also cleaned my ring, which was needed to appraise it (it's an antique) and it's never looked so good!

Recently went in to have some stones put back in my ring. Robert and Candice were very thorough in explaining what they would doand how long it should take. They cleaned and polished it up and it looked more beautiful than before!

Came in today looking for engagement rings. I was not aware that this jewler was mainly custom. Long story short, the old man who works here is a profound jerk. He is great at making you feel inferior and unwelcomed. The lady who works is very pleasant. I would not recommend purely on the discourteous disposition of the old man.

Great service. I brought some pieces in to sell and they gave me a very fair deal. They also fixed my watch super fast. The owners were so lovely to talk to. They also have some really cool pieces for purchase.

The business is amazing. They reshanked and replaced my antique ring and did a beautiful job. They also told me how to get a solar watch working again by setting it in the sun for a few hours. Other jewelers tried telling me I needed a new battery for $100+. They are extremely honest, very personable and professional, and very reasonable. I'm so glad I found them and will definitely be a returning customer, and highly recommend them.

Watch repair update…I was unhappy with their repair work.But when they learned of my disappointment they reached out to me to make it right. They made a major effort to get the right the right parts and the watch now looks good as new. After a rocky start I am now a satisfied customer. Good people work here.

These owners are so nice, funny, and know what they are doing. I moved from a true Southern State and had to come to Texas and leave my Jewelry Store behind. I found this place and so pleased with their expertise and understand my Southern Attitude on very nice jewelry. So glad to have them here in Pearland to fix my needs and understand me.
