Be careful here. Some items have a 3 day return/exchange policy. They don't tell you when you check out...it's the fine print on the receipt. Regardless, they have nice clothes and some staff can be helpful.

This Dillard’s definitely does have a variety of clothing to choose from and pretty good sized Dillard’s’s. Last time I went, I was alone and I was trying on some dresses and there was an employee who was working in the ladies section and I was trying on some dresses and needed help with the zipper. She would zip it up for me and disappear for like 20 minutes and then come back and I’d still be in the dress with no one in sight so it took me a very long time to try on six dresses because I had to wait in between. The store is usually clean overall good location.

The retail agent was very knowledgeable very helpful and I really enjoyed my purchase experience I wish we would’ve took some videos and photos, but we didn’t. But just know it was a pitch perfect experience that will last a lifetime.

Update: There is an exemplary employee in Ladies Wear who has consistently exceeded my expectations for the past year or so. Her name is Shiela and she sets the bar for customer care!
Previous post: You can depend on Dillard's for quality goods and a pleasant shopping experience in general. Their employees are always helpful and friendly. The only problem with the Pearland Town Center location is that it's a smaller store so the variety is lacking.

Went to return a pair of Kids Jeans after Christmas, due to the wrong Size At the Pearland, Texas location. They wouldn't let me return the Jeans, even when I had the Tags and the Reciept. The declined my return because the tag was torn off, but it was still intact. No where on the back of the reciept states that the tags have to be attached to the merchandise. The assitant Mgr and the Clerk where no help at all. They demonstrated poor service. I asked to speak with the Store Mgr to escalate, and they told me he was at Lunch and they didn't know when he would be back. I next went to the Service Desk only to be told that the manager was unavailable, which i didn't believe because she looked over into the frosted glass office, which i could see someone was in there. I next decided to go to the First Colony Location in Sugarland, Texas, which is the opposite direction of my home. They demonstrated what good customer service was and took the Kids Jeans back and gave me a full refund. Because of the hassle that I endured, I will never shop at Dillards again. Customer Service is so important, consumers have options and my option is to never come to Dillards again.

For their special hours from 6:30pm until 9:00 pm , some so called sale, plus a gift. The gift was a 10% coupon. That's not a gift to me. The past 3 years I've enjoyed going to Dillards right before Christmas. But this past year 2024 , it sucked from when we got there until we left. I won't go back to that Dillards in Pearland, Tx again. Sucked

I found this leather jacket. It had no size on it.
There was no one around to help.
It was on sale for $275. It was really nice, yet when I tried it on, it was one size too small. Looking at the others on the rack, I concluded that if there were mo sizes and no help, I would take a photo or two and shop online.
Funny thing is, I thought I saw an old friend of mine and she was working really hard with displays and such. She clearly had no time to talk to customers.
The store was very clean and organi ed but I was just shopping in the men's department.
