I had a really bad experience here. They tried to upsell me on different products three times throughout my visit. i kept saying no. They eventually came to me and said my lugnuts were swollen and they couldn’t get my tire back on because of it and couldn’t finish the work unless i paid for a lug nut kit. They seemed to get it off just fine though? I have replaced flats myself on my car as recently as 2 months ago and never had a problem with the lug nuts. felt like a scam

I had a satisfactory experience at this store. The car was listing towards the left before I dropped it in. I went in for Tire Rotation (did not make an appointment). I was told that it would take about 45 minutes. I used that time to get some errands (within walking distance) done. The vehicle was ready within the promised time. As I was driving back, I noticed that the car was still listing towards the left. I called in and since it was past their work hours, I left a voicemail mentioning that I had told them that I wanted to address the listing issue but it's still there. I got a call back the next day morning from Chris. I was surprised that they actually called me back. Anyway, he said that if I brought in the vehicle he can check the tire pressure for me. The weather was quite cold on those two days so that may have affected the residual pressure in the tires causing an unbalance. Chris checked the tires for me and one of them was indeed lower in pressure. He suggested that I get a wheel alignment done; I had not done that in more than a year. They did not have the capability to do that but he gave me a coupon for the Mieneke store down the road.Update - The car's wheel alignment was indeed way off and that took care of most of the listing issue. It slightly persists but I think now I may have to address something more than Tire Rotation and Alignment.

I love Discount Tire! The senior manager came out to speak to my husband and I after an unexpected delay. He apologized and asked if there was anything they could do. It was refreshing to experience GREAT customer service. Discount Tire is my #1 option.

Its really nice to know that you can drive up at a discount store and know that they will take care of you, especially when you don't want to put air in your tires they do it for you. Great and friendly staff

Always keep losing the wheel nut caps of the car. Although they are quick, the quality of workmanship is uncertain.

These dudes are the biggest scammers. A while back my wife went to patch a nail in her tire of a brand new jeep grand Cherokee. The guy took one look at her car and proceeded to tell her that Jeep does not put good tires on their cars (for reference they were Michelin tires) and that she should get four all new tires. Thank God my wife is not an idiot, and turned herself around and walked out. It’s sad to see that it’s 2024 and mechanics are still trying to take advantage of women.

Great shop to get all your tire needs fixed. Andre helped me out and was able to give me all the answers I needed. He was very patient and had so much knowledge. He was able to get me in and out in a timely manner.

The manager Jason was unprofessional and horrible. He lost my lug nut key to my tires to be replaced when I have it to him and he was so irresponsible to lose it. Then he didn’t even care to look for it and I had a flat tire and barely made it to the tire shop to get it fixed/replaced. All he said was that he was sorry, but that doesn’t help me at all. How do you lose someone else’s property given to you for you to be the professional to handle everything personal with the customer with care and to return it all back to the customer.I had to go to the dealership for them to fix and replace it which was way more money that I didn’t won’t to spend. The whole process was ridiculous and horrible, I’m never doing business with them ever again.
