They have variety of items you can find at brand name multi purpose stores at competitive prices. No longer $ store; most items $1.25 yet still reasonable. Haven't shopped at Dollar Tree lately, give them a visit.”

“I visited this Dollar General two days in a row and always visit here. Today, I met the manager, Regina, and a new employee Charmayne. Charmayne showed me to the area where I could get a basket while she organized sale items. When I was ready to purchase my items, she immediately stopped what she was doing and assured me of the pricing of all items I had in question. She was pleasant, knowledgeable, and honest about what she knew and did not know. This is the type of authenticity that builds trust.
I complemented Regina on how well organized and clean the store always is everytime that I patron this business. Although this is not her scheduled day to work, she is here organizing, adding prices so that customers are aware of their clearance sale, and training and acknowledging the great work of her new employee Charmayne. This is servant leadership in progress. She is working alongside her teammates and demonstrating that she is willing to do what she asks them to do, while depmonstrating superb customer service on a day she isn't supposed to be there. She personally stopped her task to point out to me the items that were on sale so that I would have a chance to benefit from the sale! I ended up purchasing sale items in addition to the items I was there to purchase. This is excellent customer service and it is my hope that the leaders of Dollar General recognize the excellence in their store manager here at the Bailey location. This is the top of leadership that renders repeat customers, such as myself. Well done Regina and Charmayne. I look forward to encountering them both during my future shopping experiences here.”

I was warmly greeted by two young men upon entering and despite it being close to closing time, I was warmly greeted. One of them kindly let me know they’d be closing soon and asked if I needed any assistance. At checkout, the other was patiently waiting and chatted with me about his academic aspirations when I mentioned shopping for my college student. Exceptional service, friendly, helpful, and professional. The store was neat and organized. I could actually walk safely through the aisles which at times at this location was challenging.
