They installed self check outs but these things will double scan your items so if you shop here please check your receipts carefully otherwise you're screwed paying extra for a cheap item that you could have gotten elsewhere at that double paid price for better. I think after today's experience I would encourage people never to shop at Dollar Tree again. Seedy place with seedy people who try to stalk you around the store. It isn't cool when other customers stalk you around the store and even outside the store. This particular location is the worst and most ghetto.

The worst dollar tree I've ever been too. Horrible customer service, managers aren't attentive to cashier needs. Cashier has no idea what's she's doing. The sales associate (Karen) needed help, they closed the door on her and she just stood there clueless. Dollar tree needs to do better.

Still the same although I got to ring up my $50 order in the self check out since the paid employee watching me like a hawk at the other register could only accept cash payments.

I don't like that they've made it all self checkout now. I went and had problems with the register and there was no employee found to help me out.

I like this place as they have what is expected. The prices are very reasonable and kid friendly. My kids get to think and choose from the many options and doesn't break my bank while making a fun environment for my family.

The cashier lanes have closed, and it's only self checkout which takes an extremely long time. Every time I go to this location I have to wait in line for 20-30 minutes just to pay. It's really not worth it if you're only buying a few things.

For the last three plus months, this location has needed extra attention. From low inventory, poor customer service, lack of workers actually working, and the process of checking out, it cannot get any worse but it has. One time they had no shopping bags for customers to even put their items in. I'm not sure who the manager is but they desperately need to visit and revamp the store.

Love how stocked the greeting cards always are! There are aways many to choose from and 2 for $1.00 is a great price!

Love the new self check out machines, but shutting all of them down well-before closing so that everyone has to use the one remaining, which can’t even accept cash, is really poor customer service. Not that one expects top service at Dollar Tree, but it very much felt like we were being forced out by the overbearing workers who hovered over us. Wasn’t our fault. We stood and waited for an extra five minutes because you forced everyone onto one self checkout, and the lady only had cash. Seems almost criminal you have no ability to accept cash here without posting that information somewhere. Glad a new location closer to home is opening soon.
