I had a great personal training session with Coach Holiday. I've been training for years with various trainers, Coach Holiday pushed me and I was able to learn different techniques. Great personality and pays attention to details.

Clean gym. Has a fair selection of equipment and classes. Crowded on certain days unfortunately.
