Fellas, if you’re like me trying to arrange an assortment of fruits and flowers for your significant other on their birthday as a surprise I DONT recommend this.. there’s no time management here. Placed an order $300 order days ahead of time and on the day of is when they start preparing anything. Told me it got busy and they couldn’t get to it. 0/10 won’t be spending money with these folks again

I needed something different for a friend whose husband had died and didn’t want traditional flowers or a plant. I ordered it and was happy to wait while it was created. I thought it looked better than the picture I’d selected. I am a very satisfied customer and the price was within my budget. I will use Edible Arrangements in the future, even though there is not a location close enough to me for delivery. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Communication is key. The wrong sympathy note was printed and was almost sent with the wrong message to my cousins, a day after their dad’s (my late uncle) funeral. 🤦🏾♀️
They gave me an email to send the correct message instead of reordering and my cousins got the right note for their late father.
Being extra communicative is what I will do in the future, but they fixed the issue well. I appreciate the effort and patience. They are doing a good job. I will continue to use edible arrangements and I like the professionalism of this location and the tone of the workers.

My husband purchased an order for my bday , waited all morning & day it’s 1:50 pm we did not get no notification on when it was going to be delivered, had to go pick up my bday order and manager was very rude as how I expressed to her that we should been notified , asked for refund she refused and ran to the back ignoring me . This was unprofessional and unethical / she needs training does not know how to handle a situation professional. Rude and unpleasant / if I could leave 0 stars I would / so unprofessional

They have a 5 hour delivery window which is way too long. The Pearland store has the most rude person answering the phone. Wont ever order from them again. Who wants to sit around for 5 hours waiting on a delivery.

Very good gifting option! A family member out of state bought it for us, and I simply had to pick it up. Fruit is relatively fresh and neatly arranged. Very conveniently gifted.

The first thing that must be known: I have used Edible Arrangements more than 5 times this year alone. So this review comes with a lot of 'experience'. LOL This one is specific to the Pearland TX - Broadway St. The most important thing I make sure is that when I am making a call, I am big on putting the person answering the phone at ease. Well, that was not the case with this. She answered the phone and that voice was bright like sunshine and friendly and immediately I felt at ease. The reason for my call was my order had a couple of mistakes and she was so kind and gracious. I actually thought that the order I had put in for the same day delivery at an early afternoon hour would not be able to be delivered that day. I was totally going to be ok with this because I actually did not consider the time change between Colorado and Texas. *facepalm* But for her? She made sure that I knew they were working on the order right then and that this was no problem for them. How can you NOT love that kind of customer service. That just actually surprised me. This store will be my go to as the person that the order was going to actually is a co-worker. I will, without one hesitation, call them back and keep them as my preferred. You CANNOT pay for this type of Customer Service. I am thrilled and happy. Don't hesitate. They will take very good care of you. My guarantee!

The service was great. Upon eating one of strawberrys I realized that it was bad there is white fuzz growing on the strawberry!!! This was a gift for mother days.

I live in California and I send and arrangemen to my cousin in Houston , I ordered online and everything was perfect! I checked the progress of my order on their website and it was delivered the same day and it was beautiful! my cousin love it
