I drive a 1976 Chevy pickup and failed to properly put on new valve cover gaskets at home. I was able to get an appointment for service with these guys within a week (you know it's good service when you have to get in line). While the repair took about a day and a half, I no longer have an oil leak! If you don't want rushed service and want you car fixed right the first time, this is the place to go! The repair was affordable and there was no upsell. I appreciate everything, fellas!

I was referred to Ellis Automotive by Steve from David AutoCollison.
After using other mechanic shops around Pearland I said why not.
It has been the best decision I've made.
So far I've taken four different autos to them to work on and I am very satisfied with their work ethic and responsibilities.

Ellis Automotive came in highly recommended from my neighbors and after pricing and speaking with both Erik and Chris I decided to take my vehicle to them to be serviced. Both Erik and Chris were so polite and professional and got my vehicle running with a fast turn around! They were honest and that seems hard to come by these days. I initially called a dealership and they were very rude and were going to charge me 3xs the amount than Ellis Automotive. I paid an affordable price with Ellis and was treated respectfully here and not taken advantage of like some mechanics. Thank you Ellis Automotive for getting my mom-mobile running like butter! I highly recommend using this auto shop for your vehicle repairs! They also have a night drop slot and shuttle service if needed which is super convenient! Couldn’t be happier with my choice of choosing Ellis and will now be my go to going forward. Thank you Ellis Automotive!!!

Erick and his crew are awesome. Had to replace an engine in our handicapped equipped van. They did the job in a short time frame - great work and very fair pricing. Would recommend to anyone.

This company was GREAT! My wife Martha was stranded out of our town and this company came highly recommended by her daughter. I called them and they immediately was able to get my wife scheduled for an alternator repair that afternoon. The time was fast, the work was very thorough and the price was more than fair. I wish this company had a satellite company in San Antonio.

I had AC issues with a 2008 Nissan Armada. The Ellis family have had a business here in Pearland for years, but I never used them in the past. I can tell you now, I will never go anywhere else. One part that was put on my A C was defected. I took it back to Eric and within less than 1 hour, it was fixed with no hassle. That's the way good business works. Take care of customers and they will be your best advertisers. Thanks to Eric and Kyler for being pros at what they do. You have a life long customer with me.

!!!Dishonest!!!, !!!READ THE ONE STAR REVIEWS BEFORE COMING HERE!!!!they will nickel and dime you for every penny your worth. My car was basically totaled with how much in repairs it needed, they didn’t tell me that. Instead they installed piece by piece and had me coming every other week for another problem with my car. I took my car to a different auto shop and they told me straight up never ever go to ellises!! They are dishonest and will take advantage of you if they know your not savvy with cars!!! !!Be warned!!!

Ellis Automotive is the only place I take my vehicles to. I used to always fix my own vehicles because I didn't have a good mechanic. These guys are super honest, reasonable on price, and always fix it right. I recommend them to friends and family all the time.

We use Ellis for all of our car repairs. They are honest and dependable and don't overcharge. They've let us know when a repair is simple enough to fix at home or can be put off for a little while. We've even had them send us home without charging when they didn't find anything wrong. Highly recommend this family business!
