Dr. Randolph treats me for several things, my husband lower back pain. She listens and uses different techniques to help with our pain and overall health. No crazy contracts or says she needs to see us for 40 sessions. Fantastic!!!

It is difficult to rate the chiropractor if they do not show up for an appointment. After attending a Wellness Fair hosted by my employer, Kirra Randolph passed out complementary exam cards. As I was in the market for a chiropractor, I made an appointment. I completed the forms sent via email, and went on the set date at the set time. When she simply did not show up, I called and was told they had an issue with the system scheduling. I am not sure, if you knew you had issues with the system, why you did not call to confirm or reschedule patients, rather than leaving it to the patient to find you. She did offer me a free adjustment, but I get the sense this office is not well organized, and that is disconcerting when going to a chiropractor.

Just had my first visit with Kirra! I have never been to a chiropractor before, and I was extremely nervous to have my body aligned- this is stressful to trust a stranger with your body! She was warm and kind , a friendly face, and well educated in her craft. Her office doesn't feel medical , which put me at ease and she was careful to walk me through every single part of our session from what we were going to do, how it might feel, what's happening in my body, and how to care for it once I leave. Great experience, and I am so glad I chose this small business. I'll be sending my friends and their children (because she works with mamas and babies as well) to her. Thank you Kirra!

My husband went to Dr. Kirra to treat his vertigo. She really took her time to figure out exactly what was going on, and created a plan of action that extended beyond her office to our home. Her level of attentiveness and care exceeded our expectations, and he felt better after the first visit! We are now an entire “Dr. Kirra Familyâ€! P.S. Splurge on the massage chair...it's totally worth it!
