Employee was super helpful, I'm on the receiving end of an not at fault accident. However, the progress insurance company... did not want to upgrade my vehicle. To full size... I drive a truck. The but they were able to upgrade me for the same price... Mr Easy

My car was totaled due to it breaking down so I had to get it towed to a repair shop. They didn’t have loaner vehicles so I had to think fast because I had to go to work the next day. I called this location and the guy was very nice and reserved me a car that evening. The price was more than I anticipated but I was desperate. I got a ride there and I was helped within a few minutes. They set me up with a Malibu and the guy took me out to the car to inspect. The car drove well and I returned it the next day 15 minutes before they closed. I was in and out in a few minutes. It sucks people had rough experiences but I guess luck was on my side and I will go back if needed.

I had a deeply disappointing experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. After renting a vehicle following an accident on August 28th, I was informed by State Farm that the car was due back on September 28th. Upon attempting to return the car to the Pearland location on that date, I found it closed with no after-hours drop-off option, unlike the Missouri City location.
Despite numerous calls and assurances from customer service that a supervisor would contact me, I was charged $98.81 without notice, in addition to not receiving my $50 deposit back. I was never sent a receipt or informed of these charges.
This lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable. I feel cheated out of my money and urge others to be cautious when renting from Enterprise. Always check your bank statements and demand clear communication regarding charges.

Great customer service and very nice car. Not only did they hand me the keys but they walked me out to inspect the whole car and showed me how to take the top off the car as well as start it. They ask that you bring the car back with half the tank full. One thing I didn’t like is that the window in this mustang didn’t go all the way up and I drove it during a rainy week.

On line booking was easy. Calling in to change my reservation to a pickup location also very easy, as long as the pickup was within 10 miles of the office. When the time came and went I called the office and was told they only pickup within 2 miles of the office. Two miles!!?? I was 7.8 miles from the office; talk about a major inconvenience. Then the car they provided made my wife ill due to the heavy odor of smoke-like weed smoke. I have a medical condition which limits my ability to smell. Called and arranged for a switch the following morning. Showed up to switch, and was told they weren't aware I was coming to switch! What the heck is going on? After a bit, we got another car, which was acceptable. Turned the car in over night and got a call earlier tofay & when I was asked if there was anything they could do better I said extend the pickup radius to 10 miles. Oh, we're sorry, we are only allowed to go up to 6 miles from the office. Wait, what? I was told pickup was limited to 2 miles. Which is it-2 or 6 miles? I'm sorry, there seems to be an issue with your cell service...hung up. Hertz/National will be my next call. At least I know what to expect. Wouldn't rent from Enterprise again.

*buyer beware* Dishonest and unprofessional business. Do not do business with them.
On July 16th, I reserved a moving truck to be picked up on Saturday, July 20th at 10 am (photos attached). At 4:54 pm on Friday, July 19th, I received a voicemail from them asking me to confirm that I am going to pick the truck up. I called them back at 5:05 pm and spoke to a young man told me that the truck would be there, but that I might have to wait “15 or 20 minutes” while it was cleaned if I arrived at 10 am. He said that I could come at 12:30 if I didn’t want to wait. I told him that I wanted the truck at 10 am and that waiting 15 minutes wasn’t a big deal. He was acting flaky, so I specifically asked him if the truck would actually be there. He said that it would.
When my daughter and I arrived the next day to pick up the truck, the woman at the desk said there was no truck available and said she didn’t know why “they” rented me a truck since they don’t carry trucks at that location. She said that another Pearland location has trucks and sent me there- a 20 minute drive. At this location, they didn’t have a truck available either. Furthermore, they said that their system showed that the other location tried to call me the day before to tell me there was no truck, but that I didn’t return the call. In fact, I called them as I said above. I showed them at the second location my phone screen documenting that I had called back at 5:05 pm and spoken to the person for 2 minutes. They said that they could guess who the employee was and that he is a known liar. They tried to be helpful and sent me to a location in Stafford that they said “wasn’t that far”. It was more than 30 minutes away. This location had a truck, but was too far away to coordinate returning the truck and getting to work on Monday. We wasted 3 hours just driving, not to mention the gas money and stress. All these people had to do was be honest and professional. Instead, they chose to lie and then cover that with more lies.
We ended up renting a pickup truck at Avis in Friendswood and made due with that.
If I could give the location negative stars I would.
