Tried to drop off a corporate rental on Monday here. Absolutely disgraceful personnel. I stood inside the lobby for at least 10 minutes while employees walked by me, looked directly at me and STILL refused to acknowledge my presence. That’s as ghetto and hood as it gets. Like Starbucks, they are everywhere and have an inferior customer experience. Quality personnel is at a great shortage.

Lauren. Yes. Lauren! She's awesome! Having had a bad day from a car accident, I was worried about calling the next place of business while under stress and getting bad customer service. However, Lauren completely turned things around as she was the complete opposite of all the others. Lauren was so knowledgeable of the services provided at Enterprise and really went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. I highly recommend Enterprise here in Pearland, TX and give both this location and Lauren 5 out of 5 stars. Thanks so much for such great customer service!

My experience was quick and convenient. Made the online reservation, got a free upgrade because my original choice was not available, quick checkout, and the return process was accommodating and convenient. Lauren at this location was well-communicative and problem-solving. Great experience.

Booking - the place confirmed my premium SUV booking twice the week of my tripOn the day of booking and my crucially planned trip - this place calls me up and says they don't have any cars in the lot and that a partner company will call me with an alternate solutionFew hours before I need to start my trip - a 'Ronnie' calls me and all he wants to do is save my trip or my life with his premium SUV. However, I have to rent his SUV through Turo and he sends his Turo URL. He has horrible ratings and so does his 2015 SUV. He knows am desperate to rent for the trip. At this point even a hamster understands the entire ploy on how enterprise employees are desperate for commission for a few $100s while you waste your $1000.Getting close to the trip - I ended up driving to this Pearland location - hoping that they miraculously got a suv now. The lady at the front-desk calls Ronnie and bugs him to rent to me. By then, his SUV is rented out on Turo. I wanted to document my experience for others. Locations like these have driven a company like enterprise to the ground. Enterprise has a central customer service for this reason, but fails miserably.Beware!! Be warned!!

Deshunte and Antonio were amazing and attentive. Great customer service you couldn’t even tell Deshunte was the manager, she’s a great leader!

2 years i have been renting with this place and they have been good in the past! Not anymore…quality of service sucks and no respect for loyal customers, i have been asking to change my car for like 4 months and they never caredI called them every day and they put me on hold until i hang up!Don’t go there there are plenty of more respectful people out there!

We will NEVER use Enterprise again. We were in a car accident earlier this year and had to get a rental while the repairs were being done. Insurance approved the ENTIRETY of the rental. We turned the car in by the last day with a full tank of gas and no damages to the car. Almost 2 and a half months later, we were charged $50. When we called to find out why they said we owed an additional $190 and they would continue to take payments until the balance was settled. I explained that I didn’t authorize them to charge my card and they didn’t even give us a call or a heads up and that the insurance company was covering the amount so they did not have any reason to charge my card. A few days later they took the remaining $190, AFTER the insurance company CALLED THEM and stated that THEY would pay whatever was due. They do not care about customer service or making things right. Do NOT recommend and will NOT use this company again.

My experience started out rough because I was not picked up as per my reservation request and the confirmation the day before the start of my car rental service. In which one service agent comped me the quarter tank of gas and said I could bring the car back empty. But it was the above and beyond service of Deshante Jackson that impressed me and stopped me from going somewhere else for my car rentals. When she heard about the disservice I received she refunded my the amount I paid to have an Uber drop me off without my asking and in an effort to make things right. I appreciate it when company's empower their employees to make things right when things go wrong in customer service. Thanks for making my Enterprise experience end on a high note, Deshante Jackson. I appreciate you.

I had the best experience with Ms. Lauren at this location. I always rent from here and I will never rent anywhere else. The customer service was on point and I felt valued during the whole rental period. I will definitely recommend this location and than you again Ms. Lauren you’re SUPER AWESOME!!!

I have been a loyal customer for decades. The last rental was terrible. First car was full of cat hair, which i had to exchange, second car was filthy and empty in gas. No one even inspected car with me, just handed me the keys. No pride in their job is obvious.

BUYER BEWARE:This clown of a rental place wanted to charge us $500 for a rock chip that inevitably turned into a crack in the span of 24hrs. Not only did they want to charge me $500 under the premise of refunding me the difference it costs to fix it, they also demanded I filed a claim on my insurance before leaving the property. When I talked to the person behind the desk she got mouthy and said we “damaged” the vehicle. Which couldn’t be any further from the truth.Then when I tried to speak to her about it she just deferred to wife with her mouthy attitude. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Trying to basically scam your customers because we didn’t want to buy your overpriced insurance per day is ridiculous.STAY AWAY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
