Terrible management, Patricia is so rude and when I asked for help regarding the dressing room she completely ignored me and went on to talk bad about her coworkers. Unprofessional and has a disgusting attitude. Needs to be reported immediately if I could give 0 Stars I would.

We recently purchase some items on line, and we try to exchange one item at the location on baybrook mall, at that location the employees told us that it was shiped to us from an outlet store and that we can only have it eschange on those outlet locations. The following weekend We drove to the nearest location on pearland texas, at that location a lady with the worst actitude which she let me know that she was the manager told us that the item receipt has expired and that she can not do anithing about it. We understand policies, but the rude actitude we were preaented with just understand why that location is empty compared to the other locations. If you like to be treated with disrespect, go to this pearland location, you will definitely will notice that. I had requested the customer service number an all she was keep telling me was to look at their return policie and that the number was there at the that policie. The number was not there i had to find it on line. What a disappointment we got from this stores. Never will purchase anything againg from them.

somewhat pricey, but you get what you pay for.
