The elevator by our unit has been out of service for more than 2 months! when assistant manager was questioned when this would be repaired, rudely said she has no idea and that elevators are broken all over Pearland! We pay $250/month, totally unacceptable! Found new pace with working elevators for more than half the price!

Mrs. Tangelia was so welcoming & knowledgeable from my first phone call to inquire about their storage facility. Best customer service from a storage unit I have ever experienced. I highly suggest SurePoint Storage, the facility alone is SUPER clean, climate controlled & much much more.
