Eyes & Optics is an eye care practice known for its knowledgeable, compassionate, and very caring doctor. They show incredible patience, especially with children. The practice provides great care, including during emergency eye situations. The office is beautiful. Families report long-term satisfaction, with children loving their visits and enjoying perks like a prize from the treasure box and complimentary sunglasses. While one experience noted a significant delay and a lack of initial communication about appointment length for pediatric dilation, the doctor professionally addressed the issue, apologized, and waived fees. The overall feedback is highly positive, with patients stating you will not find better eye care in the area and awarding enthusiastic recommendations.
I should have posted a review LONG time ago. My son and I have been patients with Dr. Thomas for 10+ years. That’s speaks volumes within itself. We love her and her staff!!!!!
