“I have been going to this office for more than 10 years. They have always been professional, cordial, and very transparent. All the staff here is great, sometimes there is a packed waiting room since they do take walk ins. However with an appointment they are always on schedule and will get you right in an accessed. Wonderful spot for a yearly physical or any other concerns you may have. The Dr's here are personable and the team always happy to help. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area needing a new Primary Care Physician.
I would like to add the service at the front lately has not been the best. However I believe this will work itself out. I have been seeing Dr. Jiang, Dr. Nguyen, and Dr. Hudson for so long and have always had great service. With the last visit I did not have the best service. With the help of front desk clerk Sara she was able to clear up any confusion the other clerks may have given me. Without that I may not have returned until the front desk gets their things together. Again, usually always a great place to go and I feel this is just a hiccup that they may be.”
