Went during lunch break and I was concerned how long it'll take. Got in, second person in line. Helped me and the first person pretty quickly. Counter acknowledged customers and nice attitude.
Got back to work and had enough time to eat. It went smooth.

Do not recommend this location. Very disappointed. Went to ship a package that they charged me $30 to package it. I requested employee to package my package before I left since I had packages lost in the past. Employee didn’t package my package he proceeded to help other customers and I waited over 20 minutes. Store was not busy. I think that was disrespectful and awful customer service….

Employees have an “I don’t care about the customers” attitude. Although there is one copy machine working, and lots of people waiting to use ONE copy machine, employees insist on you helping yourself on the copy machine. If you show up thirty minutes before closing employees rush you out of the store to close up.

the store is always clean and smells good. the staff is friendly and willing to help and bring stuff in that is heavy or bulky. if you need to print something they're very patient with you also if you need them to design or make something they do a great job as well as take care of your bulk printing needs. they even will teach you how to use the self-scan thing whenever you have packages that just need scanned to send.

Love this location! Fast, efficient, great customer service!
Every time I visit this location, I am pleasantly surprised with how efficient and friendly the staff is. I explained to them my vision and they make it come to life. I will continue to come to this location for my office needs. And being a mom Entrepreneur it helps so much that the staff is patient when I have my kids with me. Thank you!

They don’t answer the phone but expect you to know what to do with large returns. Maybe if you answered the phone I could get the information I need, instead of wasting both of our time.

I went to do a self print job and I was having difficulty. Jesus was EXTREMELY helpful in getting my project done quickly! I don't know if I could've done it without him! Also everyone was pleasant and greeting people as they walked in!

12/19/2024 at approximately 1145am, central time I visited the FedExOffice on Memorial Hermann Drive in Pearland, TX.
I was fumbling horribly trying to print out a couple documents.
Jesús swooped right on in and got me squared away! His demeanor and willingness to assist was very much needed and refreshing!
I'll will certainly return to this particular store in the future.

I came in today December 4 around 12:40pm to make some copies of my personal information. The young lady was so helpful. Making my process so easy and she was very nice. Then I had to turn back around to come back, and the young man was the same so helpful and very nice and made my process so easy. Great place ! Great customer service 👏 ! I wish I got both of their names. Thanks again to both of you. I will be coming back.

Giving 5 starts ONLY because of Diana. We went in and it was pretty busy in there but Diana was very helpful in figuring out what we needed for our wedding print material. I will point out that the guy that was in charge on 10/25 was pretty nasty to Diana when he belittled her in front of customers (because of a mistake he made!) and to customers when they approached to ask questions. Regardless, in the mist of all the chaos, Diana made us feel taken care for. Print materials came out super great too!

I’ve been having issues with a return from Amazon and a lot of back and forth about me sending the package and the seller not receiving the package. I decided to call FedEx about obtaining a receipt and tracking number since I lost it. Mind you, this was also about 2 months later.
However, upon calling FedEx Tyree answered and took the time and patience to locate the tracking ID and the receipt that I lost 2 months ago. Excellent customer service from Tyree. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
