This location exceeded my expectations. I had a bad experience at the local library and needed a textbook printed. I called and Danielle assured me that I could order the print job online and save myself $15. She helped me in store as well and had great customer service. Thank you, I’ll be back again ?

One person working there named Diana. I have a label that won't scan in the kiosk, since FedEx doesn't believe in customer service anymore that's the best way to get a package checked in. I bring the package to the desk and Diana states that the label wasn't printed well, there is a light spot and that's why it won't scan. She then tells me to leave and get another label. I told her no because I just don't carry labels on me and the nearest label is over 30 minutes away. I had to tell her to manually type in the tracking number. It was obvious she didn't want to do the work of typing in the label and making sure the package was checked in.FedEx just doesn't care anymore. This is why I ship other ways unless I have to use them.

I just wanted to thank Jesus for his excellent customer service! I had a complicated printing job that required a lot of critical thinking to make it work. Jesus was relentless in making sure he could get the job done. He spent over an hour helping me! I was blown away by his excellent customer service and am so appreciative. Thank you, Jesus!

Worker scaned package a kiosk and my package never showed as delivered. Ended up getting charged for my return item since i was told they never recieved package from fedex.

So to whom this helps, I want to brag heavily on this store as a whole. From the store owner to the employees this place was customer service outstanding. However the one that shined the most to me name was Diana just a professional solution based young driven person towards goal. I appreciate that in services thank you!

I wish there is a Zero stars but the review will not go through if I don’t choose at least one , bad stuff, bad service, lost shipment. I’ve been complaining to the customer service and their attitude is very bad and they keep hanging up the phone when I call to follow up my case after opening the investigation. I lost so much money on this box and not one of them cares. I really need solution for my problem, I wasted so much time and money on this shipment.

I had a really good experience recently with a company-related printing job. I had a large number of posters (Qty 22 of 36"x24" size) to print and this center did a fantastic job with it. The first set of posters had a warping issue with the boards but they quickly printed a second set with no issues.Kudos to the staff out there. I want to recognize Steven, Marisela, and the manager - LaDell. They were efficient, respectful, and made sure that any concerns with the print job were addressed. In particular, I appreciate the services rendered by Steven. He knows his stuff and went above and beyond to deliver on customer service. This is based on my experience as well as the way I saw him take care of other customers, including professionally dealing with a Karen that showed up.

My husband returned a package for Tory Burch. He showed the QR code for them to scan for return. After a while waiting for a refund I found out that the return label that they put is a wrong one. Tory Burch didnt received my return and didnt get refunded. I tried to reconcile with them but didnt work coz they didnt wanna admit that the return label they printed is wrong.

Literally the slowest place. Waited over an half an hour to ship a return. Only one person working the counter. Person in front of us was mailing dried fish internationally and it was a long process. Open another lane so the line isn't out the door!

I have not been in to a FedEX store in a while and found myself in need of services two days in a row. Once for a clothing purchase return and another to send my laptop back to my old job. This Pearland location was fast and friendly and made it simple.
