This location is close to me but I would travel to another due to the lack of professionalism. They have 8-10 people working and they all are standing around not doing anything to help the customers. I went in to purchase shoes I had to ask a few times for assistance the guy was looking confused. It took him 5-10 minutes to come out and instead of giving me the shoes he sat them on the counter. I asked where are the shoes for me to try on he was looking lost. The whole staff was talking amongst themselves. Too many people working at one time.

Lazy staff who walk around like they don’t have a job. No shoes in stock. The only size I needed was on display. The shoes were used and dirty. I came all the way from Kemah to buy these shoes for my daughter for her birthday.

I wanted to share my terrible experience at JD today, the worst by far I’ve ever had. I came to this store with the intent to buy shoes. All the staff were at the counter all the way to the back of the store when we came in, some are chitchatting in the other corner so I went straight to the brand of my choice and tried on a shoe. With no staff to be found, I fit a shoe by myself when suddenly a lady staff from the back counter yelled at me saying “hey, you can’t do that!”. Take note, she was yelling at me as if I was a burglar caught in the act! I was stunned and confused at the same time and clueless on what she was fuzzing about. Then a male staff walk towards me and told me that they don't encourage people to try on their displays. I had no idea for this was my first time! They should have put a sign on their shelves or be present when costumers walk in! That rude lady’s action was infuriating! If you don’t want to ruin your day or your shopping mood, please do your self a favor, DO NOT GO TO JD! Zero costumer service! Do better JD!

They have good shoes in stocks but make things complicated when u have to return shoes that they ended up giving you wrong in the first place I asked for a woman size for my daughter and they gave me a boys size I asked for a woman size they said well a smaller boys size will still fit but the problem is the woman size was a lil lesser in money in exchange so they just didn't want to refund but I don't got time for that to argue about it but on the cool a $20 difference is a $20 difference I just won't be shopping here no more

The women who are there do not want to work, you ask them about a size and they say if you see that it is not there it is because it is not there, among themselves they start making fun of you.

This is the worst store. The workers literally stand behind the counter on the phone and just look at you, no welcome or anything. When they finally do help it takes forever for them to come back with your shoes. The only reason I come to this location is because of proximity otherwise I'd go elsewhere.

Nice store with a big selection but the absolutely terrible customer service is why I would never buy a pair of shoes from this store. Several people "working" all chatting at the front and if you ask for help it's like you are imposing on the conversation. HIRE BETTER STAFF BEFORE YOU GO OUT OF BUSINESS.

Walked in a no workers greeted. 🗑️Looked around, shopping and no workers said “Do you need help”. 🚮🚮 Lastly, one register open for checkout and returns with 4 registers empty. Returns should be a separate line. I left ✌🏿

I wouldn’t recommend this location at all because the employees were weird and they stood around rudely staring and laughing in a group instead of asking if I needed any assistance! I was debating between multiple shoes but after the shopping experience was so bad I just decided to not get anything.

My experience with JV was extremely disappointing. I found them to be rude, discourteous, and unhelpful throughout our interaction. Specifically the young woman at the register. Their behavior was unprofessional and gave off a very negative impression. I would not recommend their services based on this experience.

Wide variety of shoes. My only complaint is their are so many store associates and no help. I had to get their attention and I still waited over 30 mins. Everyone was standing by the register or talking in groups.

Katiyah was so rude, she made my experience very unpleasant. I went in for a simple return. I had to walk up to her at the cash register and say can I make a return please as she was just standing there scrolling on Instagram. She did not pay any attention and didn’t even acknowledge I was standing in front of her. She seemed to have no social skills and considering she works for customer service she really should have some.

Store was fine, but could’ve been a little better with service.. Don’t have something shipped to your house. The USPS situation with thedistribution center has my shoes in limbo since over a week already. Initially it was supposed to arrive in three days.
