I would not recommend this location to anyone. I’m disappointed with the customer service received. I had two nails in my tire and they said that they were too close to the sidewall to repair via Firestone policy and one was in the middle of my tire. I dropped my vehicle off at 10am, and asked if they could have it done by 4pm, they did not give any updates and told me when I dropped it off that they could absolutely have it done by then and probably even sooner. 3:50 pm rolled around and I had heard nothing, I called and they had not even looked at my vehicle yet. I felt like they just wanted to pressure me into buying a tire instead of actually fixing the tire I just got 4 months ago. I picked up my vehicle instead, very upset because they had it all day for basically no reason and my husband was questioning why they could not fix it. The guy at the front, Arnold was very upset that he was questioning why it couldn’t be fixed and their policy and told him that he was frustrating him and asked us to leave the store. We went across the street to discount tire where they were extremely polite, pulled my car in immediately and had it fixed within 30 minutes for free. They even stayed late for me to pick up my car the same day. To make matters worse, one of the nails that was supposedly too close to patch had not even punctured my tire. They would have known this if they had actually taken the time to look instead of dismissing it because they didn’t want to fix my tire. I’ve gone to Firestone for years at different locations and this is the first one I have had issues at and it will be the last. They have now made me a lifelong discount tire customer. I will add the photo of my tire with the nails in the square that they refused to patch due to them being too close to the sidewall.

Jesse, Jamerion and team are great. Customer service was awesome. Attention to details on point. I passed up a closer location to get to this one and I'm 100% satisfied. I took my lifted Ram 1500 in for an alignment and they got the job done with no hesitation.

I set an appointment & they were severely understaffed. I waited over an hour & 40 minutes to fix a flat tire. In addition, they forgot to replace my valve cap on my tire & it had LESS air In the tire than when I left it to be fixed. Overall a bad experience.

I like how transparent the tech was. Showing me everything and they were very comfortable with the questions I had and the fact that I wanted to see the old part. Very professional and as usual a great experience.

Went to this Firestone to get new tires on my van and the guy at the counter said how can I help you cheif I asked him not call me chief and then he says how can I help you boss I told him I would like to be called sir like commen sense people talk to each other, he stayed Firestone trains them to call people these names because of all the lgbq stuff going on so I left and went to Webster Firestone where the guy at counter said how many I help you today sir, will be giving all my business to Webster Firestone.

was having problems from another mechanic (walmart) and called him told me to bring and they would check it out they completely fixed my problem with no hassle and great people all around

Dropped my SUV off for an alignment. Never called me to say work was complete. When I showed up they gave me a copy of the work done showing how far the alignment was off. It was not off. They didn’t touch it. Then gave me the total. I questioned it and said I wasn’t paying for something that wasn’t done. It was very shady in what he was doing, because he said nevermind about the cost and if I WANTED to talk to the manager. Come the next day.
