I came in for a simple oil change and state inspection on my vehicle. I waited for about an hour 1/2 and I was called up to the front to pay. The gentleman that checked me out was on his cell phone with who it sounded like was a friend. I paid and he told me I was "good to go". Didn't say anything else. So assuming everything went right I went ahead to the DPS office to get my sticker when I noticed my inspection had failed for a recall. I also noticed there wasn't an actual emissions test even ran (but I paid for). I went to the nearest dealership and they said the recall was for an airbag and it shouldn't affect a state inspection. So I traveled back across town to ask in person what happened (I'm now talking to another person). He told me he isn't sure what to do, didn't offer advice, and told me he couldn't refund me the inspection because he didn't have the authorization for it. He then just said if I figured it out I can bring it back and they can do it because I already paid. I then went and did my own research and I came to the conclusion my fuse was blown so the next day I replaced the fuse myself. I brought it back here and waited for over 2 1/2 hours for them to tell me the system was down and they "couldn't do it". Didn't say anything else. These guys are slow and don't care. I watched them personally joking around not working on vehicles while people are waiting on their vehicles at the store. The people at the front, at least the 2 I talked to, either don't know much and are just guessing about what you're asking or don't care and just want you out the door so they can go back to joking around with the mechanics. I don't write reviews on here, but after my experience and hearing the other people that were waiting in there with me this is common here and people should avoid these kind of places. There's plenty of other places to take your vehicle that actually want you there and want to help you.

went with my mom to get her tires changed because she got a flat tire. for all four they were charging her $1,200 but OH , when my dad came in they were charging him $600. This location , specially the manager always tries to scam you!!

I always come to the Pearland location. My truck needed service for oil change and tire rotation.Friendly, knowledgeable customer service. I trust them with my vehicle. Dropped off around 9am and received a call around 1:30-2pm ready for pickup.

So I did a walk-in alignment and that was gucci, my goes straight now yay! But what I was greatly concerned with is whoever parked my car had the exhaust tips touching a sewer curb? Like you can NOT tell me that that is not touching. And it’s really baffling since I have a backup camera and parking sensors?? So I really don’t understand how this was done on accident? Communication was okay, I’m not too entirely sure if I’d come to this location again. (Edit: I’ve gone here 2 more times, since it’s close. It’s been better with each visit)

Manager stole Hispanic man's money. Made the worker zelle him to fix mistakes. 3 hour wait for oil change. Terrible service. Cashier was cool

For those of you thinking of taking your vehicle in for any type of service at Firestone Complete Auto Care at 2908 Broadway, don’t.Have had multiple issues with them, the last of which we requested the manager contact us, and he never did. However, I decided to give them one more chance today due to the convenience of how close it is to us.I called them to ask if I could bring my car in at 4:15 pm for them to take a look at my two rear tires as they keep reading low tire pressure, despite me filing them with air. They told me yes. I take off of work and drop my car off at Firestone. I again tell them what’s going on and they tell me no problem, they’ll take a look at it and call me with an update. My husband comes to pick me up and we go Lowe’s and then to dinner. I still haven’t heard from them and it’s about an hour to closing time. So I call them to see if anyone has even looked at my car. He tells me no, but that he is going to talk to a tech to see if he can take a look at it. It’s about 6pm now. He calls back a few minutes later to let me know that the tech can not look at my car because he is done for the night….Okay fine. We ask that they just put air in my tires and we’ll take my car elsewhere. We get there to pick up my car right before they close at 7 pm and no one has put air in the tires…Almost 3 hours at Firestone for them to tell me no one was able to take a look at my tires, despite calling beforehand and being assured that they could take care of it. It was one small task…

They only had two technicians to work today, backlogged everything , told me they could not fix nail in tire had to buy a new one, tire in stock sat around for 30 minutes, they don’t communicate here. Tire problem was not the problem it was bad communication in all areas, noticed employees would be standing around until they saw us looking at what they were doing. I have never had service like this before. When I first got here the representative who should have greeted me was more busy on his phone than helping customers.

Worst Firestone I’ve ever had to do service with, made an appointment took my jeep in an hour before 5 hours later my Jeep has not be touched called them constantly and nothing. The manager was very nice he’s team is just the worst. Do not buy true lifetime alignment any service with them is bad service. Did i mention this is the second time this has happened the first time the Jeep was there for over 8 hours and nothing was done
