I've had the best experience here at the Pearland (Broadway) Firestone. I personally have worked with Heidi most times ai bring my vehicle and she is GREAT.

I went for a tire patch. It took over an hour because they took it upon themselves to do a vehicle inspection. I did not authorize that and it was just done when I had the oil changed. Service just to patch a tire took way too long. I thought I was going tonhave to do it myself to get it fixed.
