I was being overcharged $510 for replacing 4 tires on my truck. Luckily I had previously checked online the price for the tires ($250 each) and with the installation I was expecting to pay @ $1,132. Once the tires were installed I was told by the “lady manager” I owed $1,650 .. I disputed and she told me it was over $300 per tire, I said NO it isnt! because I saw the price online before I went in and it was $250. She then dropped the price and said i owed $1,350. I showed her my phone where I had gotten a “walk out the door price” online and it was $1,132 and she then told me she had added a protection plan, that I DID NOT ASK FOR and that she hadn’t previously explained what I was being charged for.. she was upset and ended up bringing the price down to $1,140, which is around what I expected to pay for the service. She was overcharging me around $70 PER TIRE. I overheard what they were charging other customers for services and I was amazed at the high prices. They also wanted to charge me $180 for an alignment! Of course I said NO and I am taking my truck for alignment at another local place that charged me $95 last month when I had aligned my old tires.. I am NOT going back here. Especially after waiting for hours even though I had an appointment for my tire purchase. There was another man that waited over 8 hours to get tire fixed as he had 2 nails in his tire. I dont understand how people keep coming here. I’m not one to post reviews on places because I believe that If I have nothing nice to say, I should just keep things to myself.. but I dont like being taken advantage of and I hope this review makes people do their due diligence before coming to this place..

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. THIS IS THE WORST FIRESTONE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. BROUGHT MY VEHICLE IN AT 930 IN THE MORNING FOR TWO NAILS IN THE TIRE AND DIDNT GET MY VEHICLE UNTIL 8 HOURS LATER. DONT EVER BRING YOUR VEHICKE HERE. ID I COULD GOVE THIS PLACE A NEGATIVE STAR RATING I WOULD.

I absolutely love bringing my vehicle to this Firestone location. Heidi is very professional and always very kind. I know when I bring my vehicle to this location I will be taken care of. Everything is top notch all the way!!!

Firestone Silverlake did not honor the alignment warranty. They made excuses as to why they couldn’t do it but had no problem taking my hard earned money. I had to take it to another Firestone and Firestone pearland had no problem doing the alignment and honoring the warranty.

I wish to come back and make things right. The woman I am, will not allow me to sleep without addressing this correctly. A week ago I left a bad review after having my vehicle serviced at this location. I accused someone of stealing my daughter’s iPad out my vehicle because I couldn’t find it after getting my car serviced. I came back to make it right and apologize by saying I have located the iPad after a week. Somehow it had fallen In between the seats and it wasn’t until the vehicle was detailed when we noticed it. I will also be emailing corporate to apologize and making a personal phone call. I wish I could delete my original but I sincerely apologize.

I visited this location today due to my fuel cap and leakage in my engine. I had just dropped my daughter off to school prior to stopping here for service and noticed her iPad was in the backseat of the car. I didn’t think to hide it or remove it because I was under the impression I was getting service at a reputable company and didn’t have to worry about THIEVES! After 2 1/2 hours my vehicle was ready and my daughter’s IPad was nowhere to be found. I raised concerns with the manger on duty and he basically stated his staff don’t have it. This is the lowest of the low to have THIEVES working for a company such as Firestone. I would like for cameras to be ran in the work area where my vehicle was serviced to see exactly who STOLE MY DAUGHTERS IPAD! I am beyond pissed! I expect someone to reach out to me ASAP

I went to the broadway location and got bad information that made me go shop around just to find out I could get the tires I wanted. After getting the tires one started leaking and after taking it to the almeda Genoa location found out they didn't change any of the valve stems and one was defective. Thankfully a guy name Jesse I believe was helpfull to get me back on the road.

I’ve been getting my car serviced with Firestone for years, but I believe a couple of years ago, I started going to this location because it was most convenient. My experiences have been overall pretty fair, however, I had a not so pleasant experience today.
I called in because I had my routine oil change completed a couple of days ago, but the notification to do the oil change was still showing up, so it obviously was not reset by the individuals that worked on my car. Fine, no problem.
I’m a realtor and spend most of my day driving, so I called in and asked if they could let me know how to reset it, to which the woman who helped me, replied, no. I was surprised, and it was silent for a few moments, before she followed up with saying every car is different.
I told her that I was aware of that, but I was hoping that since I was driving, I would ask for that information.
At the end of the day, I paid for a service to be completed, and the service was completed, however, it’s really annoying to have the notification showing up. I honestly thought that she would be willing to at least attempt to try and help me due to the inconvenience, but she didn’t. She sounded pretty bothered by me, in fact.
To be met with such an abrupt response when asking for help, doesn’t feel good. I’ll be looking for a new location that is willing to offer better customer service.
