Like the fact that the bank stays open till 6 the workers are professional and polite. I had a concern and they helped me and also I felt like better knowing they care about their clients. Go open an account and let them know I referred you.

The bank close to early some people have to take off from work early in order to make it to the bank before it close. They need to exstend the bank hours. I’ve been at this bank over 25 years. I’m not sure how much longer I’ll be banking here.

One of the worst things I've ever bank with they take forever to process charges and then they do a lot of return payments even though you had the money there and then charge you that amount of money so you're over drafted they make sure you stay overdrafted

I went to deposit and get money, and ms Tyson has been rude to me and she asked if I have legal ID, I said to her yes I do. I'm Hispanic, a vet, green card, being discriminated cause the way I look.

Open at 10am when most businesses open at 8 or 9, don't print out temporary checks when you need them most, every issue is redirected to an automated system. Not very "convenient".

i hate this bank. automated system sucks and always a problem with my card. they literally begged me to bank with them and i should've stuck to my first choice. NO. theres a catch
