They called to tell me and said they would still deliver the balloons. I was so relieved to know my friend would still be receiving her balloons that would hopefully lift her spirits!! “Estela’s flower shop out did themselves with the sympathy flowers for my grandmother’s funeral service, despite being such short notice since flowers were the last thing on my mind at the time, they made it happen! The arrangement was so gorgeous, not only were the quality of the flowers top tier, but the attention to detail & sturdiness of how well it was made was noticeable & quite impressive! I especially liked that they deliver their orders directly to their destination cause it gave me peace of mind that it was being handled with care, I also appreciated the communication via text from the person delivering the arrangement when they were in transit.
The arrangement looked stunning next to the others at the alter & even days later when a few of my aunts went back to the cemetery, they commented on how mine was the only arrangements that was still intact and it’s flowers were still very fresh after being out in the elements & the rainy weather we had.
