I went Thursday night to get full coverage on a vehicle I was going to finance. I decided not to go through with the purchase and cancelled the insurance Friday morning. I went and signed the paperwork Friday morning. The lady couldn’t tell me how much my refund would be. I paid over 200 dollars….I was told to call Monday. Called Monday still no info or help I called today and still no answers or information. Im calling back no answer. Im starting to feel like my money was taken from me for a service I’m not using. BAD BUSINESS and I will never use them again or refer them!!!!!!!! Im disputing the payment with my bank

My experience with all the staff is always good. Prompt, attentive and professional. You don't always have a choice of who you get but I must give kudos to Julissa. When most companies wouldn't cover me because I didn't have coverage when I came to them or wanted to charge me a high fee because hardships had cause me to lapse, Fred Loya gave me great auto insurance at a good price. Having had it for quite some time I was able to find a competitive rate and decided to change. Julissa treated me lust like I was a new customer. Coming or going, the service she provided was excellent. That's the Marge of a good agency. I will consider Fred Loya for other types of insurance products. The future be ause of Julissa.

Poor customer service period. I'm suspecting the adjusters case loads are way to high due to the lack of response. After an accident expect to wait up to 48 hours before ANYTHING happens. That means any rental car will be your responsibility, that is not the security we pay such high premiums for.I was speaking and the adjuster Alexis spoke over me. Extremely robotic in her response, which let's you know she hates her job. Girl, do not be a slave to a job you do not care for. Quit and find your passion.
