Chris the manager is absolutely rude I don’t know how this guy is working there as a MANAGER. The absolute worst customer service If you see this guy I would suggest running out there as fast as you can because just know if you see him there you’ll have to deal with his nasty attitude.
There’s people I know personally who have experienced the same issues with this same manager Chris.

Went into store and spoke with person great location. They just seemed very overworked and corporate doesn’t seem to give a shit about the employees.

Bad customer service experience. Asked the guy for a different box since the one he handed me out was clearly damaged. I explained to him and gave me attitude.

Horrible customer service. It was a brief question about ordering a game that they didn't have in stock in store and yet employees act like they don't want to be there and that they hate everyone - yikes.

Just left this Gamestop location … my little brother walked in the store asking for Pokemon cards , and the “Manager/Employee”, was extremely rude to him … he asked to see a box of Pokemon Cards and gave ugly attitude to him … he was constantly saying the price as if we didn’t know or had the money to pay for it , this was the first DISCRIMINATION and its so crazy how THE MANAGER has this type of behavior … DISGUSTING … The Old employees that were working there in the past already knew us , it is why we kept going there (regular customers) From now on , WE WILL NO LONGER BE APART OF THIS LOCATION !

Bad customer service.
I tried to return an item but the employee was extremely rude to me. At the time I was unaware of GameStops return policy but that doesn’t give him the right to treat me the way he did.
As soon as I tried to return my item he started to interrogate me, looking at me like I’ve done something wrong. Instead of being calm and collected, he was annoyed the entire time, refusing to do anything to help me. He didn’t look at the product, he didn’t give me options to exchange the item, he just kept pressuring me to buy a new one at full price.
I’m fine if I couldn’t return my item, I’m just angry that this employee treated me like garbage. Would not return because of him.

I heard about how one of the managers, Cris, made a girl cry in line because he did not allow her to buy a recently released card set, despite being in line for hours and that just seems so wrong to me.
Feels very wrong and I’m going to stop supporting this store until something is said or changes.

This guy working with a gut gave me and my sister the nastiest face when we just wanted to pre-order a Pokémon set. Totally no positive social interaction, not even a smile or eagerness to make conversation and make our experience better. Totally rude 50 year old who needs to get his attitude checked, especially at an old beat down GameStop location. The condition of the store matched his attitude.
