The store was barren, unorganized, and low on employees at the cash register. It is very frustrating to have a single person handling all checkout and waita very long queue.

I wasn’t super impressed with this location’s knick knacks, decor, and other home goods. Their pricing on some of the items were fairly high and I was surprised by that. Most of the shelves were bare, but they do have a large selection of clothes and furniture. Maybe I came in on an off day, but their furniture was a bit lower quality than I was hoping for. I will be back to shop for clothing and check out the furniture. Hoping for a better experience next time!

Super overpriced are you kidding me? 3-4$ for each dvd? Not even a bundle deal? Items were rough and broken. And again overpriced. And the cashier WAS nice but i asked her to double bag my things, she only did one, and i walk down the street and my bag exploded like i said was going to happen. Girl, if you see glass and wood with sharp edges DOUBLE BAG IT. All in all, will not be coming back. There are better and cheaper stores in the same area, avoid this store.

I was given the best customer service. Fast, efficient, friendly staff helped me find items I needed, checked out and back to work on time. Very courteous staff at this store.

Not very organized, merchandise seemed rough. I know it's second hand, but several furniture pieces were just trashy. Store was just messy.

Every time I go in here, I’m treated very well, but today was very bad, for some reason I was being profiled as a criminal for some reason, lately I have been recording myself every time I go anywhere for my safety , the first employee was a young white female manager, she acted like I was going to steal, than when I went to the front an older white female was racist with her words , she said some very rude comments , and they treated all the white and black customers normal, but for some reason the older woman wanted to treat me like a criminal today, she even asked if I wanted to donate and I did, but after what happen to me in this store , I will never donate, and they ask everyone, and they pressure people to donate their money, as an older brown skin Hispanic mixed race woman that looks Mexican, I have been treated very bad in pearland and I grew up in pearland , now I’m 60 yrs old with nerve damage and back problems, and I’m treated so bad , goodwill never hires Hispanics either , just white or black

?I found a veterans USA flag made in America hanging on a coat hanger like a drying out bath towel HOW DISRESPECTFUL CAN GOODWILL BE TO DO SOMETHING LIKE THAT SHAME ON THEM HOW DISRESPECTFUL CAN A BUSINESS BE TO DO SOMETHING LIKE THAT. Store was clean, and organized. Don’t try to ask to see the jewelry, the manager is the only one with the key to see the items in the glass case. Will make you wait 15 min by the time they walk from the back all the way to the front. I guess they want to see how long you will wait to see the items.
