Every time I have donated at this location(at least 4x a year) the staff have been pleasant, helped me get my donations out of the car eand thanked me...never had a negative experience!

Once you park, they come out to assist you with bringing your items into the store. Not sure if all locations are like this but this is a great location.

Everyone working here has always come out to help unload the items and been friendly. An easy and convenient place to pull in and donate!
