I had a fantastic experience at Great Clips! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. My stylist took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and gave me a great haircut—quick, clean, and just the way I like it. The shop was clean and well-organized, and the check-in process was super easy using the app. Definitely one of the best haircut experiences I’ve had in a while. I’ll be coming back for sure!

Emily did a great job on my mod cut/modern mullet. My mom used to cut my hair before she got arthritis and I’ve been having to cut my hair for the past 2 years since I couldn’t find a barber I trusted. With a wedding approaching I decided I needed someone else to cut my hair and she not only heard what I wanted but perfectly replicated it! If I could rate 100 stars I would!

The only location I go-to for my hair cuts as long as the current employees stay here. Worth the 35min travel time to come here monthly.

I told myself I'm gonna this salon a chance to cut my hair. I was wrong. You need to reevaluate your employee. Other hair cutter than better job than great clip. Look what you did to my hair. My dad is better hair cutter than your employee. If only I can give you zero star. It happen January 2 night 7 pm.

We checked in only 1 ahead of us but then 2 mothers with 5 kids checked in and
All of a sudden all 5 of them ahead of my kid. They did not check in online because I saw them check in on arrival at the store. I don’t appreciate getting there first then being behind all 5 of these kids. It’s clear that the lady wanted to get the 5 kids so she can get started on them and get the tips. The other lady was available but she just cleaned her area so she could help the 5 kids too. I asked what about my daughter we were here before them and she said they checked in online but they did not. I won’t be back poor customer service and they lied right to my face.

I would not recommend this place . THEY ARE NOT KID FRIENDLY!. I took my 2 year old to get a haircut not only was one of the lady rude as soon as she seen my 2 yr old was getting the cut . So he's gotten his haircut there before with no problem..I sat down and as soon as he made a movement because toddlers won't stay still she automatically refused to give him his haircut and told me she was not gonna cut it amd asked me to leave and the lady behind her said I told her if the bby moves we will refise service .I understand policies but the older ladies were just so rude to me n my bby .I don't recommend this place for children they seem to not be patient and are definitely not kid friendly...worst experience ever.

The manger of the location cut my hair. I explained that I needed to be quick to make an event. She was so fast and so nice. I was in and out in under 10 minutes and my cut is awesome!

great place the great clips by my house closed and my hair styliss that does my hair was transfered to the pearland location wich is by my work office so i came here and kevin did a great job as usual, thanks kevin.
