First time visit and I believe her name was Melissa. Very nice, professional and accommodating. She listened patiently and was very helpful and pleasant. I was very pleased with my first time visit at a Great Clips and I plan on coming back. Prices are much more reasonable than the barbers I have been going to. Give them a try as I happened to come across this one because it was late and didn't have many other options.

Came for my little one for a simple haircut.
I just asked for a trim off the sides and an EVEN cut.
I got the opposite…
You can see the patchyness, in the first pic he even got a bald spot in the front. For $20, i expected a clean cut.

This new haircutter does not know how to cut hair properly. It used to be good haircut place. I guess they hire not so good. I never going back again to this store. They are very rude and just wanna hurry the customer. They are hair cutter, they should which is good hair for the customer, and decide what is good. I just stay quiet and calm, they ruined my hair. Every time I go, the workers are not pleasant or ever smile. I get you might not like your job, but every single employee? It makes the whole experience unbearable but the prices are good so I kept taking my kids. What did it for me was on JUNE 5, 2024 at 7:50PM the First Lady I see is an African American woman who looked so visibly annoyed I walked in with my boys and then she didn’t even acknowledge me while I told the kids to sit and walk up, then the other lady a red head tells me I have to leave because they’re closing at 8pm. I was thinking that I have had enough of this place. I’ll never go here again. It’s not even worth the prices. I found another place to take my kids. Hope this company changes that because I couldn’t imagine being like this to every customer and just expecting tips or things like that. Whatever !

I couldn’t sleep all night worried about my hair.. one side is clearly short then other i told her but was completely arguing that is even i told her its looks way to choppy but again she argued that no its this n that i came home n my husband was super mad that what she did to my hair he want to go n really want to say something to that lady but i don’t want any more mass.. way too short than i ask too choppy uneven i mean nightmare please be aware n i wish i read few reviews before i did stupid mistake going there.?

Last week had the worst haircut ever!!!! My kid wanted a haircut for his award ceremony and the way she cut the hair , my kid didn’t even wanted to go to school..all we asked the hairdresser Sophia to trim 2 inch but she ruined it.does not looks like she even know basic haircut .be aware.
Stylist: Worse hairdresser I think her name is Sofia be aware of her ..does not know basic of hair.

Requested style: My older son requested a box haircut with a fade on the sides. My younger son requested a mohawk with fades on the side.
Stylist: I have two boys and they always request two different hairstyles. Our stylist was AJ. AJ did a wonderful job giving each kid that unique hairstyle. She always does an excellent job from beginning to end. Highly recommend her and Great clips. Thanks again.

I've sat on this review for several weeks because I was so upset. I asked for 3 inches to be cut off. She cut at least 6 inches off! I went home and cried. I'm 56. The first hair I've cried about since junior high. If you don't know your damn measurements, keep a ruler at your station! I'm never going back and neither is my husband! So easy to prevent too!
